Sorry Gents, no no new movements on this. I move to Ireland soon and will start a permanent job. Hopefully when I get settled I'll have a nice old shed/garage and start tinkering again. You've only got to look at the pulls showing the rest of the moulds to get a strong hint that's recasted. Most people who make moulds from scratch make everything nice and pretty and smooth, even the waste areas. those look like they've had something like plaster poured into them. The UKG has a mentor and armourer system. This is to help new members with builds and ensure a quality product at the end. Other garrisons may have this too. Check your local garrison for such a system or even the next armour party that maybe being held. If there isn't one, suggest it and join the garrisons forum

The left bell for most TKs has a swoop on the line yes Luke had 2 'left' bells. Maybe that's it means? My Luke has 2 left bells. His arms were also different

Airsofters use olive oil smeared on the day before But in my TK I've only glued the 'top' line of my eyes I have a gap in the bottom so hot air can rise and escape out of the lid. Simple

Long metal ruler, magnets to clamp down, score slightly, score again, score again. You can start to put more pressure on now as you've made a wee little line. Take the ruler off, bend with hands or pliers if small and then wire wool the cut section. It's easier to do this with the inside of the plastic, not the high gloss cap part. But...it's harder to form a line inside the parts sadly
