  1. My mate drew these pics Enjoy http://www.thepoke.co.uk/2011/12/13/star-wars-christmas-presents-for-house-and-garden/
  2. If you post a pic up of the thigh pieces we may be able to see how you could open them. If it is ABS welded, then they've since fused yes. But even then, depending on the armour joins (screen accurate strips or butted), if butted a stanley blade and a lot of careful cutting in between the 2 pieces can eventually separate them. Very tricky job that could cause you to lose a finger. Not recommended but possible.
  3. I'm not sure why I think this but I thought the screws they used to hold the scope onto the rail were hexagonal and brass....? Sorry for any confusion if I'm wrong. There were so many versions maybe some did and some didn't..? John
  4. Great stuff lads! I've been in London all week but am so flat out with work I've rarely been on the boards! Good work
  5. Hey dude If you're drilling holes in the shroud, start with a small bit on your drills fastest setting Then build the drill bit size up
  6. If this is the same post on the UKG...? Don't forget that lateral pull is a 1/4 of the KG rating So 10KG pull magnets will take 10KG of force to pull 'away' from one another As for 'sliding' them apart... You only need 2.5KG
  7. If it's bit repairable to your satisfaction, turn it into a Zombie trooper helmet for display
  8. You have to burn him. There's no other way!
  9. Yeah Steve made a great greeblie kit a while back and I quickly slapped it on my E11 for my snowie! Some say TKs didn't have this version and thats not true. Search my thread that proves that in the blasters section
  10. Steve Rogers Tango'd Fett sell great ESB greeblies Steven.rogers2@virgin.net
  11. Get a longer ruler mate (sure I've heard that before lol) Also my top tip is to cut the softer, duller inner side if your plastic. The high gloss part is usually acrylic capped and is quite tough. The inside is much softer Plus if you slip, who cares
  12. If you can't find one, I make hero upgrade kits. Bubble lenses and 3 bumps ears
  13. You'll be fine I'm 5'6" and look amazing lol Snowtrooper? Big boots, lift the helmet up. All cloth body so size is irrelevant and no trimming to fit needed
  14. Lol Amy, you can't put 'them' on here Some guys haven't seen flesh for years, some of us, ever lol
  15. Thanks for the offer dude but Luke didn't have the flower rivets as such Nice find though
  16. Check my posts earlier on in this thread Amy I can't find you on FB sorry?
  17. Lol I need to finish this off I'd love a set of DDDs in there and yes it would be very hard! Please send them in the post
  18. Cheers Paul. That makes much more sense lol
  19. Nice write up there Jez is a gent Great work and well done getting on a fabulous site. What took him so long!
  20. Old thread but you never know http://www.therpf.com/f9/hammers-rotj-blaster-14571/
  21. Out of your choices above the TM wins hands down yes. But as Joe says, SiMan is a cast from a real helmet so it doesn't get any better than that....if that's what you're after? If not, get the TM
  22. Have a chat with Tango'd Fett Steve Rogers UK builder of blasters and kit just like doopydoos Nothing wrong with a pipe build and the deciding which type of ANH E11 you want Also several members here sell a pre drilled PVC pipe for you (ace post above!)
  23. Yep, it's great to see the progression of TKs all over and the knowledge sharing that goes on TKs have slowly got better over the years, and that's great!! I'm hoping to see the same attitude happen to Snowtroopers but it's taking it's time. Personally, if I can help someone I will. Much better sense of pride than keeping it to yourself. I had a break from it all for a while and it's nice to be able to pop your head in and go 'ooooh, I didn't know that. Many thanks' lol Good site
  24. I did mine like this Combination of different types just smacked flat to form the bond Paint them white, they start to look 'ok' I like Mark's flower rivets though. I just mimicked the pattern with the back end of a small Jean rivet
