Hang in there Cees, I can understand your frustation. The "no refund" part would make me angry too. But AP isn't TE. You'll get it soon. Once I sent a package from Europe to the US (air mail) and it took almost 2 months (instead of a week). Being a "seller" myself, I know that real life can complicate some things and leads to delays.
