Hi Robert, You're right about the boot, Unfortunately, the screen used ones were Chelsea boots painted white, but as per the CRL for basic approval they must have a flat sole and a short(er) heel and no logos. Most troopers choose tu buy Imperial Boots https://www.imperialboots.com/ , in my case I went for a local shoemaker.

A heat gun wiil do the job, but be carefull to make some test with some plastic scrap pieces first .

As you can read in the CRL "The abdomen section must wrap around the wearer's body without a visible seam." For he FOTK armor , building the torso section is different from the OT TK. Opposite from the OTTK, ( that has openings to the sides) FOTK got one in the back and the sides get permanently closed with no visible seam. In order to continue I would like you to do me a favor brother. 1- Looking closely at your helmet, it could be my eyes but, it seems to have 9 teeth and not 7 as indicated by the CRL for basic level. Could you bring a closer photo with better light to confirm this point please? CRL for Basic: Mouth area is angled and has 7 teeth with mesh/grill behind. I use a 40 Gal just for one TK armor with no lid. For the helmet I use a Motorcycle helmet bag. IMO a 50 gal could fit the 2 armors but no the helmets. take a read to this thread.
