Everything after the curve is edge. You can go down as far as you want. I have the same armor and I cut along the bend then sanded it a bit to even it out. Not a perfect pic cause my pic skills aren’t great but I marked it in red Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Staying under $800 for armor will put you at a price range for any armor and depending on how tall you are you can probably make it work to suit your needs. So the issue is on this end or the tapatalk end? I’ve been debating on purchasing the lifetime no ads membership but it seems like every so often there are issues with one forum or another. Wasn’t sure if it was a tapatalk thing or not. The app just makes it so easier to navigate in my opinion.

I’m not 100% sure on how it’s made but I believe it’s full rubber. I contacted Slavefive and he was great about explaining the different grades. There is an increase in price between A & B grades. I went A grade, I’ve seen B grades that are just as good. I haven’t dropped mine but I think it would hold up well. Although some parts that hang off worry me. I did not weather mine used it right out of the box cause I though it looked great as is. Edit after post... Now that I think about it. I have a hyperfirm and it’s easy to troop with. I’m not much of a display person and haven’t compared it to other blasters so I’m not sure if any others are more intricate which would look better on display. I personally got rid of my return except the chest/cod/back area where you can use it for strapping. As for what other people who will be in your garrison do I wouldn’t be too worried. I highly doubt (very highly) anyone especially Pandatrooper will be concerned with your return edge, it’s just great to have another trooper in the white armor flock. So don’t beat yourself up over it, do what makes you comfortable and if you don’t want to make return edges, don’t, personally I see your point of view.
