I would have to agree with Paul, You will need wider cover strips to cover up the 2 joining edges. the 15mm, 20mm and 25mm is more of a guide, and is the preferred width for cover strips, but if you need larger strips to cover the joining edges, so be it.

I find that ABS Paste was difficult to work with. Instead of using the method my friend Joe suggested, I used Apoxy Puddie to Shim my thighs. Easier to work with in my opinion. I then shopped around and found a pretty close match of spray paint to match my armor and blended it together. Up to you! Just sharing my method. The sniper plate for AP can be a little weird to line up. Use your best judgment when lining it up. It won't look 100% lined up. That's okay. Just use some clamps when applying it to the shin! (Pictured above). But post your situation so we can understand the problem better. Good Luck!

I know a few TK's that can suit up themselves. But, yes.. always easier with an extra hand. The way my TK is built, I can tell you that I always will need assistance, but it feels comfortable (as it will be) once I am all together. I know other troopers that used only Velcro vs the snaps.. but I always will recommend the snaps due to it being a reliable strapping system

Just got the notification! My HWT has been approved! I will be officially debuting my HWT at a Rogue One screening this Friday at a local theatre! Very Excited. A very special thank you to Shawn (CrookKnight) for building my pack for me. I wanted to also thank Shea for allowing me to pick his build thread a part for ideas on how to attach my Ammo Packs. I will be staying Shiny for the time being until I receive my RT-Mod replacement parts. Hopefully by next month! Ultimate goal is to become Centurion with my HWT. *Fingers Crossed* Woohoo!
