  1. We do Kits (0: https://www.super6props.com/products/dlt19-heavy-blaster-prop-self-build-self-paint-available-february-2017
  2. Yeah good point actually, i will ditch the wing nut on the future builds.
  3. The last one i made weighed in at just short of 3KG.
  4. I have just seen the DLT you have made...that is unbelievably smooth, absolutely fantastic wood work there and a perfect tool for casting.
  5. Thanks...the Bipod is the Achilles heel of it all, very time consuming and very difficult to make but i have become better at it over time and it functions very well now and slots easily enough into the catch on the barrel. I am planning next year to offer the Bipod also as a separate spare part for people doing their own builds as well as a number of other spare parts.
  6. No unfortunately not...i would give my right arm for an MG34 though...it would have made my life a lot easier (0:
  7. Yes...i plan to do it after Xmas as a semi kit...the barrel, receiver and stock will be separated and will hand screw together by M10 threaded bar. The rest of the parts will go together by drilling 3mm holes and self tapping screws. The plan for the kit is an entirely mechanical build, i dont use glue on these, i hate glue (0: I will be making a demo video on how to build one of these after Xmas when i do the first one. The shipping i have done to Europe in the past for the fully painted model in the photos is around about £13-£15 via courier within 3 days. On my Facebook at www.facebook.com/super6props i have photos of build number 20, that one and the method in which i built it is how i will make the kit versions. Best regards
  8. Introducing our DLT19 Blaster from www.super6props.com. We will be starting our next run after Xmas and they will be a mixture of our fully painted MKII versions and MKII self build kit versions. Please visit our galleries at www.facebook.com/super6props to see all our previous 20 builds including the new MKII. Merry Xmas Darren Rigden Super6props
  9. Yes, actually that is a fair point, thank you for the advise, i think we can adapt the design and have them made thinner in the centre no problem.
  10. Super6props T-Track kit for DLT19 self build projects. Kit contains 6 x 130mm and 6 x 190mm T-Track (each Track actually comes with about 5-10mm extra to help with cut-offs and finishing) The T-Tracks are a factory made rubber extrusion to which we have installed a Hi-Bond double sided adhesive tape. Simply remove the red protection tape and stick it to the barrel of your DLT19 self build project. Available after Xmas from www.superprops.com These T-tracks are also used on our signature DLT19 blaster, please visit www.facebook.com/super6props to see our previous 20 DLT19 builds including our new MKII version which will be also available after Xmas.
