  2. LOL. The x-liner is the only pad in the bucket. Everything you see is part of the x-liner. The flaps on the front and back are affixed to the center top and allow for adjustment using velco straps, sowed to the liner itself. It's a cool liner!!
  3. Well since these are meant for a different application there is no standard for sizing. In the end, I purchased both L & XL and returned the unused size. Although both are similar, the XL version has more padding on the outer edges, and as you mentioned the price is not for the faint of heart so I wanted the most liner for my buck. Hope that helps brother!!
  4. awesome job!! Thanks for your input trooper!
  5. three connectors soldered together at a single point. red to red and black to black. heat shrink tube to conceal the wires. hope that helps.
  6. I would not touch that seam. Sometimes the quest to make something perfect ends with dread and remorse. I re glued my cap and back 3 times because I felt the space was too big. Thank goodness for e6000. if you really want to fill that gap use a water base solution as mentioned above. Don't like it - wipe it off. my 2 cents.
  7. Unless you are creating a screen accurate ANH armor... I think Velcro is the way to go on the back of the shins.
  8. Thanks William! Moving air is great - isn't it?
  9. Thanks Mate!! I'm getting back to painting this week... posting more soon
  10. I used dap water based white bathroom caulking. Works great! wipe off the excess with damp rag. In hind site I would have left mine alone. nobody looks at that stuff anyhow... but I get it. LOL e6000 can be removed but buffing with a microfiber cloth.
  11. Trooperbay I used Industrial white velcro, on back of cover strip.
  12. The interference on my icomm is bad. I had to buy a extension cord for the transmitter and move away from the icomm. Still has a slight buzz. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Excellent work!! I haven't had much time to work on my thread but will have more inspiration when I do get back to work.
  14. Yes, Darman. I've purchased two from him on ebay (bmlt1138) out of Jacksonville, FL. He sells them in different thicknesses and weights as well. Search "Star Wars Real Leather E-11 Holster" on ebay.
  15. Thanks for your input, BUT I would suggest you create your own thread and post your findings there. Cheers!
  16. I would agree they are the same. I created a left and right by sculpting them with the index finger area being higher then the pinkie. see example ESB Hand Covers/Plates http://www.whitearmo...build/?p=436879

  18. the belt was mounted upside down and backwards. Unfortunately, I made the same mistake. The TKettel belt has two sides: a smooth side and a uneven side. The smooth side should face out. The uneven side has a reinforcing strip at the top to help support blasters. You can see the reinforcing strip on the front bottom in your photos. I don't know if this will effect approval but I purchased another belt just in case it's not.
  19. We are talking apples and oranges my friend. MY configuration doesn't work with 1a!!! I cannot stress that enough. Your configuration doesn't use any of the part listed in my thread. I can't guarantee any of this will work IF you don't use the parts mentioned.
  20. Great you found a solution that works for you. I'm not saying this is only solution and I never claimed that to be. I clearly, 100% tested 2 different 1a cells and they didn't power my fan configuration.
