  1. I had to use foam. I have a big head and helmet sits on top of my head. I just use foam to keep it tilted right so I can see better.
  2. It's a 42, not a 34. So no T-track is required (I think).
  3. Well Christian, it looks like you have elite covered. Nice job on the armor.
  4. My God, and I can get at 10/22 on sale this week for a hundred.
  5. Can you at least say whether or not it is possible to find these across the pond, and were they mass produced.
  6. Actually you have the old style (smaller) FX thighs, they are more accurate sized. You may be able to trade them out for the new bigger ones.
  7. Happy B-day oh talented helmet painter.
  8. Great find. Any chance there is a secret stash of these anywhere?
  9. I found letting it set overnight was best. Even after 15 minutes you can pull a seam apart.
  10. Scott has that background in full resolution (darn photobucket limitations), along with 11 other HD backgrounds I whipped up and photo shopped. The elite page is going to be great .
  11. I don't have CA boots but there are a few threads about boot sizes floating around. Also if you are going to get the CA boots, get them from ebay. They have slight blemishes that most people can't ever find for $15-20 less. For shoe size conversions check here: -----
  12. Sorry I can't help, I use a button microphone that is attached inside the bucket. Mike, the MEPD DL gives a recommendation at the bottom of this page of his website: ---------
  13. Looks great Scott, but we may need you to post your dancing trooper video to approve you. Just so everyone else knows, Scott can dance like crazy in armor.
  14. The helmet is brand new, I doubt anyone is making them yet.
  15. You can't keep a good man down. Great to hear that your back.
  16. WOW that's some growth. I remember seeing 1300 in January, there must be alot of prospective Stormtroopers out there.
  17. TE2 is made out of HIPS, the recent run TE did was HDPE. What makes the Rustoleum so nice is that it is a hard paint, but that also makes it rigid. The HDPE has more flex than HIPS or ABS there fore you need a more flexible paint. You may want to experiment with bumper paint, or a high latex content hobby paint. Just as a disclaimer, I've never worked with HDPE and these are just my ideas from being very familiar with paint.
  18. Spray paint must be shipped ground, and the USPS generally won't accept it without a hassle. It's considered ORM-D, and in my opinion UPS is the way to go.
  19. I can't tell if you have it, but an elastic strap from the chest plate to the back plate can really snug up the overall look.
  20. Also some of the under armor type pants have a pocket inside the waist band. The Dick's store brand does, but Under Armor does not. I generally leave my cell in my bin, and depending if we have a secure changing area I leave more.
  21. Edited a few posts removing armor makers real names. Please use their letter abbreviation in the future.
