Looks like a USB port to the side of the ab buttons. The ammo pack on the thigh is different and the ears look formed to the bucket with no gaps (which will really suck to get that perfect)

For being 6'3", not looking bad at all and AM was probably the best choice.

you should be fine with the gap. Remember, the originals were far from perfect and fit of pieces (check out the gaps in the ears). I'm not sure if its from the way your holding your bucket in the 2nd pic but the eye lens should be closer to the edge, unless it fell due to the way your holding it. It's ok to have gaps in the lens as well (helps for air flow) but that gap is way to big. Overall, your bucket is coming along nicely. Keep asking questions.

Yep. The armor will fit differently with the under suit on vs. regular clothing.

Awesome, the first cut is always the hardest, after that you get comfortable. Just make sure if you are doing test fits, to have your under suit on as it will change the fit of the armor. When fitting your shins, do so with your boots on. Save you some headaches down the road. Good luck with your build and congrats !

Is anyone having an issue with the handplates. I just saw a kit where the handplates were basically over the knuckles of the gloves and looked to have a thick return edge.

Couple things I see. Your holster is on the wrong side. Us ESB's wear it on our right side. The blaster will sit in the holster backwards (handle facing forward due to the mag well. You may also want to add some snaps and elastic to connect the chest to the ab to keep the chest from riding up. Other than that, looks good.

It looks like, and it may just be the pics, you painted the teeth and the space between them on the top and bottom. It should be just the teeth area. Again, it may be the pics though

Good job. A lot of guys use Tandy snaps as the posts are longer and they seem more heavy duty. In no time you'll be walking the halls of the Death Star.
