1. Yes i was talking to him on a recent troop and it's his own sculpt which he is constantly refining.
2. Maker of things is a recaster of RS props as i understand it.
3. For level two certification (if applicable):
Neck seal includes a front and back fabric bib that goes over the undersuit, but does not cover the sides of the body.
Don't think it matters for basic but as far as I know it has to be for EIB ,Centurion
4. Humbrole model paints No 5 gloss grey,14 french blue for tube stripes and black either satin or gloss for details and vocoder

Hi mate I can tell you that the dent under the hovi is actually on all the helmets as that is how there original is. As for the rest that is quite a list of issues.

Sorry to hear that you have an issue with the legs on your armour are you going to have another trip to rs or do them yourself?
8. Thanks for the link Kev those fans are 10mm Ɨ10mm smaller than the ones I have at the moment
9. Right back at you AWOL
10. That looks very similar to the one that is on Toche traders Facebook page.
11. Yes you do have to let the part you want to reshape get really hot and it does take a few minutes. As I said I have managed to reshape some parts and I have TM 2MM
12. I have had excellent results using a hairdryer to re shape parts heat gun sounds a bit overkill to me .
13. Don't be put off mate it's the most frustrating and enjoyable thing once you get in to it .Have you go your self sorted with posting pictures yet I noticed on your other thread that you were asking about that . If not then what you need is a photo bucket account or other photo sharing site then check out this <a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href= ----------- Also I would recommend searching the build threads on here for RS builds and also the anovus ones to as there seems to be some similarities between the two kits.
14. Hi Chris have you started your work in process (wip) thread yet? That will be where you can post questions and get advice and people can see how you are progressing.
Have you signed up on the uk garrison forum yet the armourers on there will be able to help you through your build as well, as the uk garrison has a slightly tighter spec for basic and you may find some advice given here may not pass .
The top of the biceps I would start with a return edge of about 5-6mm and a bit less on the bottom edge these can be trimmed more if needed when fitting . The bottom edges line up and any miss match is at the top this will be hidden under cover strip anyway. Don't trimm the sides butt them together and tape them using masking tape the low tack blue stuff is most commonly used for this . With the bicep closed up at the sides slide it into place and then you will be able to tell how much you need to trimm of the sides. Take a bit off at a time and re size making sure you have enough space to put a finger in between your bicep and the armour with the muscle flexed.
Hope this helps.
15. RWA I am assuming will be on a par with TM .
I used lexan scissors on mine not a problem so you should be fine with trimming. As for flex this will only be an issue if you leave big return edges mine are 5mm from the face of the armour which means inside they are only about 3-3.5mm. This lets it flex more than enough for anything you need to do in costume. As for weight of the armour I would think that there would not be to much difference between the two.
16. Hi Marc would this be TM by any chance? If so then I can tell you that the 2mm is a great kit to work with and builds into a fantastic set of armour. Feels nice and solid, it's not as flexible as the 1.5mm so won't hold up to having the original strapping system if you were thinking of using that. If you want your armour to look like you just came off set then 1.5mm is the way to go. If however you want your armour to look and feel as if you actually stepped of the death star then 2mm.
Hope that helps.

19. Could you not add a strap maybe velcro to the very top of the boot to pull the top in a bit?
20. ANH Hero every time the smaller mouth makes them look meaner i think . Also best film out of the whole saga. Imo
21. This equation demonstrates how long hair and tight trousers helps you to pull girls allowing for poor dress sense and dandruff.
