  1. Congratulations Greg! Best of luck on your EIB & Centurion applications! Have fun Trooping!
  2. Where did you find that info Andy? Thanks for posting.
  3. Hey Weapons experts ... do any of you know the length of a T21B Blaster? 1300mm? Longer? Shorter? The standard T21 is approximately 1300mm long. I'm looking to have a T21B 3D printed, but I want to make sure it's going to be the correct size.
  4. Amazing Work. Well Done. Oh wait ... Impressive, most Impressive.
  5. AP armor will serve you well, trimmed or untrimmed.
  6. Looking good trooper. My only critique might be that your thighs could go down a hair to even out some of the black around the knee. But otherwise, nice job!
  7. Those boot will serve you well.
  8. Looking good Chris. Your left eye (right eye in pic) needs to be opened up a little towards the centre.
  9. Yup, what lucnak said. Well done trooper. Looking Great! Is the chest plate choking you a little, or do you have enough clearance there? Want to make sure you're comfortable.
  10. You could pad your kidney a little bit, but you will still need side shims to meet Centurion specs. Insert some padding, cinch your belt up snug and see what gaps you have left. Don't touch your ab plate, only add shims to your kidney plate, and yes, try to square up the shim if possible, vs a pie shaped piece.
  11. Looking Good Jeremy. Let's see a pic with your kit on and your belt done up snugly, checking for side seam alignment.
  12. Setbacks occur. Progress with some other parts while you wait for a replacement.
  13. Yup, keep the elastic taught enough to hold the bicep in place, but it does, need to be squeezy tight. Nice recover on the vocoder. Ensure you leave enough room at the bottom of your shins so they have room to move when you walk without splitting apart. Looking good trooper!
  14. So I've made come adjustments and trooped this past weekend with great results. I reinforced my elastic shoulder straps with webbing ... this removed any stretch happening at my shoulders I added padding on the inside of my back plate near the bottom ... to remove a pressure point while wearing the pack I created some straps that go from my thigh garter belt up to my shoulder straps. This gives me the ability to take the weight of the pack and move it from my shoulder straps to my thigh garter. This keeps the pack more upright, it prevents my back plate from drooping down and over my kidney plate, and keeps my back plate where it should be. The straps have a suspender top and a loop around my garter belt at the bottom. In the strap itself, I added to clips for easy on-off. It's hard to get pictures of the set-up, but here's a diagram. The straps go down the front of my torso, not the back.
  15. Thanks for posting the pic. Lucnak has it right. Trim the back of the thighs for size, keep the ridges on the front. Leave some room for muscle flex.
  16. Looking good trooper! Can we have a pic of those thighs on your legs? Sometimes the thighs need to be tapered to fit the let better ... just wondering how yours look before you get too far ahead.
  17. Yes, taper your thighs (to avoid the bell look). Just make sure you leave enough room to slip your foot through!
  18. Congrats on BBB day! Search for Crickets build(s) for shrinking the TK armor to fit.
  19. Wook's got it right. Loose the return edge now and leave enough room to squeeze your hand through. The more form fitting the better. Less padding needed, and no popeye arms.
  20. Looking good trooper. Also,a great example of how a hot water bath can solve issues. No Heat Guns!!!
  21. Nice work. That's scary stuff that ends up not being so scary.
