  1. This is the EVA O2 system. the other part is a coded timed grenade
  2. You make this too easy! Space backback toy ----------- any more?
  3. In Star Wars battlefront Version 1 and 2 we see troopers reaching back to throw up to 5 before needing to reload. here is a direct explanationn in wookiepedia. Baradium Thermal Detonator Another reason why knowing the facts behind the armor pays off!
  4. In the film there were 6 unpainted hero helmets. The rest were HDPE with ABS ears.. The HDPE were painted.
  5. CFO has a really good set of extra parts! mark edwards is the man to talk to!
  6. I use the wide one for the ejection port and the smaller one for the front. They are called "standoffs" for putting the weapon on a wall sideways. The front folding stock. I use a large rivet pin, which is glued to the front at the exact location for the lock. then I simply glue. At the mid point of the folding stock I use a screw and glue countersunk into the hole. Fill and paint.
  7. Get some facepaint, a High end BC rich guitar and spandex... you'll be rockin in no time!
  8. Actually Trooperbay does not sell armor. contact MTK via mtk_armor@cox.net
  9. In the film they used green acetate like AP supplies. For 501 acceptance you should use the darker materiel as mentioned above.
  10. look at screenshots from the film. They are invaluable!
  11. I can help I build AP armor all the time!
  12. usually a recaster does not claim the work to be 'their own' since if that was the case then they could not be a recaster. A recaster is any person who does not own the rights to the product, and produces it anyway.
  13. This is not the kit you're looking for... move along. move along. Armor is very important. if you want to look better than this pile of junk you need a better kit. http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/11538-the-various-types-of-armor-and-where-to-find-them/
  14. take a quick look www.e-11blaster.com and in my signature there is a link to the blaster reference too!
  15. The point is that we Do Not have permission from LFL to sell products. No armor, No blasters. We do it, yet permission is not there. Comparing Training weapons, China, and other ways of making items has nothing to do with what the 501 does. In short. We are lucky. (yeah I repeated it.)
  16. Does this suggest that I'm a newbie? The funny part is that I joined the forum here quite a long time ago... and I built 2 versions of the TK and submitted them on the same day. way back in 09' I always have a smile on my face, but you can't see it under the helmet.
  17. It is certainly not a screen used helmet. The vocoder paint is much more stunt than hero.
  18. Brian your talent is very good! By the look of the projects you're working on... I'll be looking forward! Joseph. this helmet is spectacular!
