  1. Oh and is there a template yet on how to make the holster mount functional as seen in the ANOVOS pics?
  2. Freaking awesome Q! Are you interested in selling the lighting/audio kit or posting the schematic and hardware needed?
  3. Hey Brian as you may know my build is pretty detailed and areas I believe are manufacturing oversights I updated, where did you get this visual information from? I've looked at screen shots (what are available) and I'm having a hard time trying to see these differences you're mentioning. Instead of posting pics of yours or anyone else's build maybe you can post some screen shots of the actual areas you're mentioning. I'm all for accuracy and detail but before I start cutting I'd like to see reference pics. Thanks for the info, Cheers
  4. Very nice job Tyler, coming along quite nicely
  5. When will it be referenced on the 501st costume gallery? Edit: Heck when is it going to be referenced on FISD?
  6. Man I wish I had a team on my TFA, that would have been wonderful.
  7. Awesome job Stein
  8. YEAH! Almost done Better hurry up your TFA is just around the corner lol
  9. Here's some reference pics Zara edit: BTW you want eight teeth showing. I mentioned that only because you'll notice some pic below have less. Stunt requires eight.
  10. Hey Victor, as Andrew stated the gap between the the front and back is ok, as a matter of fact it's suggested. For starters you really don't want the plastic from either the front or back digging into your shoulders. Take a look at other AM builds to get a idea on what kind of gap to look for, there are no specifications. Here's a pic of some recently built armor I did for a fellow garrison member. Your gap doesn't have to be a wide as this however, having elastic sitting on your shoulders is much more forgiving than plastic.
  11. Very nice, good luck
  12. The strapping system, if your going for accuracy or other may take a bit due to experience level and glue drying. The weathering IMHO will take a bit longer. If con is next week, strapping first, weathering after.
  13. It could be me but not sure the link isn't working correctly
  14. Sounds good. You had mentioned about using a 25mm rear cover strip, 20mm is spec for the rear of the thighs however, having a visual balance is just as, if not more important than that exact measurement. If you can get away with the two sides 10mm apart then I would run a thicker inner cover strip yet still use the 20mm outer. If you're cutting it close with 10mm and need more like 15mm then go with the wider outer cover strip (23mm..ish). Any more than that on the rear you might as add a shim and call it is what it is, then run the specified 20mm outer.
  15. Hey Kirk not sure what your asking for advice on here. What to do if you cut off too much of the rear?
  16. Very nice! see you in the dirt trooper
  17. Most excellent Carlos. Happy birthday brother. Thankyou Steve
  18. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Sorry sorry to hear brother. Glad to see you still have the digit. Please wear your PPE folks. Get better James, see you on the front lines soon enough.
