If it can be done I'd say go for it, but like you said it's going to be a challenge. Will the minimum requirement include the proper ab details, limb cover strips and cut out out helmet tube stripes? Just curious

Most armor isn't thick enough to countersink and still retain it's durability over multiple troops, especially without reinforcing the back side, and to be honest you'll hear more creaking plastic than exposed metal screw heads.
