Interesting, i must experiment with this rather than the Plasti dip. I have had issues with Velcro sticking so could be the better alternative by the looks.

Definitely in your best interests to start a thread on MEPD if you are building a Sandy. They have fantastic knowledge on the type of weathering you are going to need to do to your kit, but also there a a few differences with a Sandy armour compared to the shiny white TK. By all means check in here from time to time because we would love to see your build progress.

Thanks for the update Glen. What section will you be starting on next? Danny is about to go into 2 weeks of Uni exams so wont be very present, I'll do what I can , but thinking one section at a time like we have been working is best so we dont forget/miss anything.

I would definitely change the type of snap you are using on the belt. I too found them insufficient if there was more than a slight amount of pressure applied across them. I changed mine to the same type you see in Glens post above and they have never been a problem in the last 6 years.

Hi Robert, I took the liberty of editing your thread title to RWA. That's Ross Walmsley, from the UK. The armour was recast from an old TE kit I believe, there were a few conversations regarding this, so forgive me if I have the original kit wrong. Ross put a lot of work into fixing his molds and making improvements where he could. There is a thread where you can read about Ross explaining his kit below.

I'll echo Daniel here, if your GML pulls that up for basic, that would be poor form. Ive seen worse get approved. I'm not saying your is bad for the record, it looks fine to me for basic approval.

Fixed what I could, but looking much better. Unfortunately all of Ingrid (Ladyinwhite) images are broken links and I can not restore them.
