  1. Make sure you look at plenty of reference shots from the movies as well, don't just rely on build threads, everything you need is on FISD . Looking good so far , I agree with Sith Lord, file out the teeth a little more and square up the corners.
  2. I would have to agree with TK Bondservnt, very nice so far and looking forward to seeing the bucket complete.
  3. G'day Alq Veers, how's the weather down in Newcastle. Get stuck into that build mate, plenty of help for every step of the way is found here on FISD
  4. Good to know Slangen. KWDesigns does inner drop boxes that fit AP and are well priced.
  5. Yes he does take payments, normally a $200 deposit
  6. What is wrong with the drop boxes?
  7. We all felt daunted by the prospect of building armour. There are plenty of people here in FISD that can guide you every step of the way. One line I here repeated often in these forums is, "most mistakes are fixable", so, in saying that, you would be better off, doing your research and buying armour from a vetted maker here on FISD. It seems the ebay guy is not forth coming with answers to your questions. This rings alarm bells to me. If you are going to do it, do it the right way and avoid sellers on evil bay .
  8. Hi F1Guy AP is in Canada, he ships to his business partner in the US and then he in turn ships out from there. Apparently international shipping direct from Canada is far more expensive to ship direct, so he uses Canada-US-to where ever to save on costs. I am in Australia and have been waiting about 4 weeks so far for a shipping notice from USPS. Hope this helps

  11. He could have the anti gravity special! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. The Gazmosis cast mag is awesome and as close as you will get to having the real McCoy . Yes you will need to cut a bit off the length, yes you will need to Dremel with great caution the inside of the magazine receiver but it is 1000% worth it for the end result. The best upgrade I did to my full resin Doopy, Gaz if you are out there, I'm still loving it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. Your on the wright track, research, research, research, make sure you check out as many build threads as you can, as there are some great strapping methods and plenty of tutorials. Yes I to have watched all the Trooperbay YouTube vids, damn it's exciting........Bring it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. You military types, awhhh, I have enjoyed taking this journey with you Tim, thank you for lending some humour to your thread it is turkey excellent. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  15. I believe in many of the build threads I have read, some cut them short, others leave them and put some type of rubber cap on the end. Make sure if you are using the screws to hold your lens in as well , that you install the lens first then cut them down. If you have a Dremel, that can be used to cut them down. 20. OK, I have 1 Yes and 1 No, thank you for your responses guys, hopefully a few more chime in. I guess I could always chop part of the bib off, if it came down to it. I was considering buying another bucket and belt, so I could have both Stunt and Hero, hence the question of the Bib to use on both.
