  1. The Bothan spies have been caught and terminated. I understand Lord Vader had a special "briefing" session with them before hand. We've been able to restore contact with the Imperial network and have verified your credentials. The blast doors are open.
  2. Another reference picture found! This came off of the legion boards.
  3. As posted by BraksBuddy at http://www.mepd.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2426 Is that fantastic info or what? Already ordered mine!
  4. I also replied to a similar request here:-----------
  5. RT is public info - http://www.rt-mod.com/. AP's info I keep only for 501st members. <puts site admin hat on> Perhaps if you'd care to send me a link to your 501st I'll update your status on the boards and send it to you ;-)
  6. I guess I was lucky that I'm 6' 180lbs so my first kit - FX - fit me perfectly w/o any adjustment. That said, after having to help people who are not that size (e.g. smaller) with theirs and all the trimming/fitting that's involved, I don't see why anyone under 5'10" would ever consider an FX kit anymore. The FX had it's day in the sun but IMHO given the current pricing/ease of which you can get more accurately proportioned armor, I just can't recommend FX anymore unless that person is over 6' or has extra girth that needs accommodating.
  7. I just plan on carrying mine loose. Actually I'm thinking a custom holster for the right leg like like RC's have might be the ticket. Hmmm, who do we know on the boards that makes holsters...
  8. Actually we'll need a more detailed pix of the helmet & blaster if that's OK.
  9. Yup, that's a mistake on the base standards. Since they're now approved it will need another poll to modify. Anything else - would be good to catch them all.
  10. Deployment standards can be found at http://www.whitearmor.net/requirements/. Base standards: final & approved ANH standards: final & approved ESB standards: final and up for vote in March 2007 ROTJ standards: being finalized, up for vote in April 2007
  11. I have a crude page up at http://www.whitearmor.net/deployment/ - we'll need a volunteer to do the work of taking a picture and photoshopping it with a cool background.
  12. FISD = First Imperial Stormtrooper Detachment = us, e.g. any info on the space pack would be here instead of over at the Spec Ops detachment, which covers EU troopers. In the past it's been that spacetrooper was used to refer to both, but they really aren't the same thing as you can see. It's great that more attention is finally being brought to bear on this, one of the more elusive details of ANH.
  13. Just to beat a dead horse - what we see in ANH are not spacetroopers. They are TK's with a space pack. ANH = TK with space pack = FISD EU = spacetrooper = Spec Ops
  14. Congratulations! You're the first to be awarded Mark status. I'll get a "deployed" page up this week.
  15. All the dets are listed here: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=436 Spec Ops is here: http://501stspecops.com/ Spec Ops Forums are here: http://s11.invisionfree.com/501st_Spec_Ops...dex.php?act=idx Yes, Space Troopers are definitely EU.
  16. I tried some of these ideas and it was messy and damaged the plastic a bit (can't remember which idea that was). The best thing I did was just to roll some tape around my hand (sticky side out) and tap that against the adhesive. Takes a few minutes, but pulls it off w/o any trace left on the plastic.
  17. Haa haa - can you imaging the Colonel giving that talk?
  18. There was a rumor that someone did use a Depends, though.
  19. Please post pix showing the details of your kit.
