You won't be disappointed. He does take payments. There's a couple things you'll get with the armor kit that you'll want to replace like the helmet lens and the belt drop boxes. Drop me a PM if you have any questions....
A nice start. Something I wanted to throw out that I learned from others is painting the inside of your helmet black...it's strictly a preference thing but I did it and it helps keeps sun light from coming thru and any kids tryin to look up will see darkness.
Good luck!
If you could've been in a scene of the movies in your TK, what would've it been?
Think I would've want to have been one checking out the falcon on the Death Star.
I tried a bunch of different padding and combinations of padding, even knee padding. Ended up using padding that trooperbay has using heavy duty Velcro to hold them in and can take them out to wash. And like Jason said, fans are a must!
We all learn from each other, no matter the skill level or added mods done....that's one reason the FISD is great! Good luck and you'll have more fun than you think building it....
Good luck Scott...you may want to get some CA glue as backup and be very careful using it. You can get some from trooperbay. Like Eric said, E-6000 works great but I ended up needing some CA glue for my shins cause the E6000 wouldn't hold the shims down. Of course that was before I learned about heating up the abs to get curves in it...
