    Just depends what you have used on the sides to keep you lid together, I worked out the position of by brow then drilled two small holes under where the ears would cover then I used rivets to hold in place, some use bolts. I found just using the ear bolts was not enought to hold everything tight

    Does anyone in the US have shoe inserts, I can only find UK sizing, this could be a good guide against the tk boots

    I am about the same, done a couple of trials and about 10-15 minutes. I haven't trooped yet so I am trying to get it down to a fine art before I do. I think a bit more practice, also remembering what to put on first and I will be good
