  1. Pretty much the standard promo pictures, the first from the earliest leak and the second is the same image from the sticker book. With regards to Phasma, she is unique with her helmet design and doubt I would suggest having a read of the new novel "Phasma by Deliah S. Dawson"
  2. There have been a few posts like this of late, it's a shame it has been pushed back again, Anovos do come through in the end but it is in the end, can be a long wait. I would either stick it out or try for a refund and purchase elsewhere. Good luck which ever you decide.
  3. Congratulations and welcome to the ranks trooper
  4. That's a blow, at least it's only a case of sanding and applying paint again. It's the reason I went with an automotive acrylic paint, don't seem to have as many problems compared to the Krylon and Rustoleum type paints, too many horror stories with those.
  5. I'd agree, your sizing should be fine
  6. Being someone that has dealt with them before and all the troubles it does sadden me that they still have not learnt from their mistakes. Yes I know it takes time for design, test pieces, pre approval, manufacture, shipping and so on but really guys it's not giving you a very professional look. I'd also think being in association with Disney that they may have picked up their game but that didn't seem to matter either. If nothing else if you can stick out the wait you will eventually get your products, Anovos do actually deliver in the end, even if the end tends to be a lot further off than we first all hoped. Good luck to those on the wait lists, I hope your items come sooner than later.
  7. Slightly more curved on the closure but really not an issue for basic approval I would think, more a L2 or L3 requirement
  8. Congrats and welcome to the ranks trooper
  9. I also have read "accompanied by two". "We have learned Captain Phasma appears with two executioners at times." https://makingstarwars.net/2017/03/accurate-captain-phasma-executioner-stormtroopers-kylo-ren-star-wars-the-last-jedi-character-sketches/
  10. Congratulations and welcome to the ranks trooper
  11. Same as Executioner, biceps and thighs
  12. Basically yes as well as supplying relevant reference images for the build, which in this case will be difficult with only a front partial image so far, but who knows they may make a figure of the Cardinal or he may appear in a comic, there could be more to be told Your GML (garrison membership liaison) will be the one submitting your photos to the LMO team so I would suggest involving him/her in your build
  13. Looking sharp Kris
  14. Ok I noticed there had been some new photos added yesterday to the application in the 501st new to the legion costume section and it was missing
  15. Normally a new to the legion costume needs full front, back and side images, either from photos or a figure, here is some useful info for you. Here Here
  16. Great work, you may just want to add a little more matt black paint to the helmet, in the right trapezoid area http://youbentmywookie.com/wookie/gallery/0717_hottoys_starwarslastjedi_exocutioner/Hot%20Toys%20-%20SWTLJ%20-%20Executioner%20Trooper%20Collectible%20Figure_PR14.jpg
  17. Loving the new detail
  18. Hello and welcome, Spec Ops will definitely be the best place for info
  19. Is the inside of your helmet painted black? I find my helmet with the white interior reflects light and people can see through my lensed but not with the black interior helmet.
  20. Looks like they are uneven at the moment, perhaps even them up and also show the gap between your thighs and shins. I would also check in with your GML (garrison membership liaison) after all it will be he/she ultimately approving your costume
  21. Screen used is definitely more accurate although CRL's have been built from action figures before, in the end it comes down to a combined discussion from the detachment leader and the LMO team. There are already some discrepancy's seen with the Hot Toys figure compared to screen version so I wouldn't base my build 100% on the Hot Toy figure.
  22. You could rough up the back with sandpaper and apply fibreglass mat and resin, would give it some strength, I've used this on a set of clone armor I purchased which was trimmed too far and needed return edges putting back on. You just have to be careful not to use too much hardener in the resin as it can get hot while curing.
  23. You really want all the armor to be the same uniformed colour not mismatched. I advise you check in with your GML (garrison membership liaison) after all it will be he/she who ultimately approves your costume.
