  1. No problems I’d rather see my spot go to someone here, I have replied with your details, fingers crossed they contact you
  2. Did you want to go on their wait list?, I’ve just been offered a slot for FOTK armor but due to health issues I’m not in a financial position to outlay $’s at the moment. Apparently kit would be available at the end of Summer 2019. I’ve not responded to them as yet so if you're interested pm me your email address and I’ll forward that to them.
  3. Nice work trooper, I think your GML has you all sorted, I have nothing to add, good luck applying for higher clearance trooper
  4. There are a few differences in those versions you have mentioned, make sure you check those in the CRL's (costume reference library) Stormtrooper section is here There is also a nice spreadsheet of the various differences you can access here
  5. Congratulations trooper and welcome to the EI ranks, looking forward to seeing your centurion application in the not too distant future.
  6. A God no, maybe just one of his helpful angels Although some screen helmets had gaps I do prefer to have little to no gap. I also trim as little at a time as possible as it is easy to over do it, keep an eye on wear the ear it touching and where it is not and only trim what needs to be trimmed. I generally use a Dremel for the large trimming then just sandpaper for the fine tuning. Here's a great How To thread on ear trimming A couple of other helpful threads: Here Here
  7. Hello and welcome aboard, you will find quite a few threads in the builds sections with walt’s kits, should have lots of info what was included with them. I hear a lot of good reports about his kits although I’ve not had my hands on a set locally as yet.
  8. I have not seen that light up before, it's similar to original Stormtrooper mic tips or aerators
  9. Unfortunately I still can't see it. Could you upload to an online photo host?
  10. Hello and welcome aboard, I don't seem to be able to see your image?
  11. A drop of E6000 on the drop box elastic or safety pins can help
  12. Coming along nicely, can never have enough magnets, clamps or tape. Keep up the great work you'll be finished in no time
  13. Nice work. You can right click on the images, select copy then paste directly into your thread (as seen below)
  14. Very clean (dirty) job, looking smart trooper
  15. Nice work, you may want to secure your belt boxes as they aren't sitting at the ends of the belt. Couple of things you could improve if you really want to stand out: Patching of belt holes, stands out so you may want to replace that. Also there is a big gap between the end of the belt and your holster. D ring on blaster is angled. I would also remove a little of the grey from your teeth, they do look a little on the large side and you can see some paint on the curved lip sections. Good luck with approval
  16. Look forward to seeing them. In the past some who's work had been questioned have done the same and it canhelp. Being the home of Stormtroopers it only makes sense to have information here available for anyone who has questions about a particular armor
  17. They have had regular TK's in for a while now so I responded asking for clarification on what armor it was for, still waiting. Follow up to previous email: J. James (ANOVOS Productions LLC) Nov 26, 11:14 PM PST This is for the Classic Trilogy Imperial Stormtrooper armor, but if you were interested in the First Order Stormtrooper armor from the new trilogy, we can certainly look into that for you! Regards, J. James ANOVOS Wonder what ‘look into that for you’ means, take your money and deliver eventually maybe one day
  18. Congratulations and welcome to the EI ranks trooper
  19. Perhaps you could post images of your hand made molds, also any differences there are in your kits compared to others available.
  20. Good luck, looking forward to the progress
  21. As I expected because a lot of people pulled out they are now contacting people on their interest list. I signed up on their interest list under another email address when they first announced the FOTK kits. Kiley (ANOVOS Productions LLC) Nov 23, 12:08 AM PST Hello and thank you for being part of the ANOVOS family! I noticed that you had previously signed up for the STAR WARS™: Imperial Stormtrooper (Do-It-Yourself Kit) interest list on our website. I am excited to say that we currently have a reservation available for that kit and in anticipation of your order I locked in a spot for you! Because this kit is in high demand I can only hold that reservation for the next 48 hours, so please act quickly! To finalize your order, I need to clarify just a couple things: First, I need to know if you are interested in soft goods and an appropriate size (Medium, Large, XL or 2XL.) or if you are not in purchasing soft goods at all. Secondly I need to know if you would like this purchase to be paid in installments as part of our customized payment plan, or if you would prefer to pay it all upfront. Thank you for your interest and I am excited to get this finalized for you! Kiley ANOVOS: Product Specialist
  22. Congratulations and welcome to the ranks trooper
