  1. Did you have a look at the return edge link I posted above? You will find once you strap your butt plate to the kidney then to the ab plate that there will be a set distance between the butt and cod, then you can measure for elastic, It differs from person to person and different armor makes.
  2. Using a combination of clamps magnets and tape can help to tweak it while gluing, left side (looking from the front) could come up a touch more if possible
  3. TLJ behind the scenes A couple from TROS same gaps
  4. Looking forward to seeing some photos in the not too distant future

  10. Many thanks Justin, you are correct TFU transformed into TKC well spotted
  11. It's all one piece
  12. 1. great thread on return edges 2. normally one piece, not split. I have also see some split and shorten for height. Check with your GML (garrison membership liaison) some don't like modifications.
  13. Trailer Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge - Last Call From 1:41 and 2:05 When one pauldron just isn't enough. Must be the new "Scarlet Witch" variant "The First Order is FOREVER"
  14. Definitely looks like you can add some more plastic on the sides, make sure you strengthen the area with a plate behind. I used JB weld in the sides which has held up really well over the years, takes a while to dry but you can sand it quite easily. Good luck tackling this mod, I'm sure you'll come through it just fine
  15. Hello and welcome aboard, looks like you are off to a good start, we have our gallery sections which can be a great resource when building and as you have found so many great build threads to follow. If you get stuck just yell out there's normally someone online ready to answer any questions. Good luck with the build
  16. Many thanks once again Joseph and the whole DO staff. Cheers Dennis Thank you Mario, it's been mentioned before I should start my own squad Many thanks Chemi Thanks brother, I like cake
  17. Normally split in the back as the TD plate covers the back so you could add some more there Lots of different ways to hold it together, some in this gallery section You can't go past @ukswrath's build, start of the torso area here Strapping here
