  1. I referenced some of these videos during my build. They helped me with the “how” type questions. What TK1636 does may not be perfect, but at least, it’s visually helpful as a guide. https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCeDunMes3e0wQn8_ns-ma4g
  2. Welcome Bobby! Contact the LMO team for costumes with no CRLs. They should be able to effectively answer your questions. https://www.501st.com/members/LegionOfficers.php
  3. Welcome Jameson! I think a lot of us experienced that “trooper’s bloopers “moment, “like, man why did I do that?” Part of the fun and learning process! don’r forget to request Detachment access if you haven’t already done so.

  7. ABS paste will crack if there is enough stress over time try PC7. Let it cure. 8. I second that. consider doing a Sky Trooper in the future? Combines the worlds of Mando, TK, and Tie. You’d work with fiber, bondo, putty, PC7, and/or abs paste, and lots of SANDING, priming, painting, and some prop-building too. I just wanted to throw it out there.
  9. Hi Lynn, just happened to see this 3D printed rifle on Etsy. Perhaps send the seller a question about it’s weight and other features to see whether it meets some L1/L2/L3 criteria, at a minimum, as part of your research? ----------
  10. Hi Chris and welcome! If indeed you wish to build armor, take a look at the various armor and important considerations involved in choosing at this link: If you don't want to build your own armor, at least, you'll have some minimal knowledge at purchasing stuff that people have made and are willing to sell. https://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/41-imperial-commissary-px/ But the only real knowledge that one could possibly gain is when the armor is built by you. If you choose this route, there are lots of folks who will assist you. In my opinion, it's worth the money you'd be spending on any armor made by someone else. Hope this helps.
  11. or some comparable fabric paint. I used this type of paint for a rubber clone belt years ago.

  14. Such endurance! almost mind-boggling! I recall visiting the Philippines in 1978. My family (mother’s side) lived in Manila. The heat/humidity was unbearable. Loved riding in those “jipneys”. great job again, and very glad no one got hurt! troop on!
  15. “How do i get out of this chicken s- -t outfit”! - pvt Hudson Or how about Starship Troopers? “I have only one rule. Everybody fights, no one quits. If you don’t do your job, I’ll kill you myself! Welcome to the roughnecks!” - Rasczak
