Becouse i have no life but to sit and wait for my pregnant wife to pop and i am in the shop cutting and carving the 80s molds.....thats what i call my new kids armor ..cuz it is 80% less then normal..pluss i am stuck in the 80s....anyway.....shins...2 sets of one side..anybody ever noticed this....what i mean a lot of people mess tbis up ..what shin goes where...what i have found it tge inner shin..rt or left shoukd have a deeper v at the top to ride under the little bump thst sticks out of your inner knee....if you have an rs look at it..you will see what i mean....the light bulb just went on today......thoughts??

Kids armor!!!thats not cased from anything!...ha!!.....but scootch i do agree we as a group do jump on people like witch hunters..and on one hand thats good....anything i do as a molder i take pics and post...not becouse i am proud of the lump of plaster but becouse more eyes on the projects....... A few things about recasters...i hear what your saying about the teeth and i will go one detail more..recasters dont know where the vac holes are in the bucks....most guys dont take pics of finished bucks...and the run offs for the molds as well...it is funny how many people try to make armor and get half way in and quit..becouse they hit a point and say...eow this is hard...i was folling his posts and was waiting for the promised pics...and still waiting

The heat may worp the abs.....yes if left the sniper will cover if not the cover strip will help to cover it.....the E6000. Just rub with your fingers it will come off

It is lighter...HIPS that is...also some things i would be worried about. The heat really effects HIPS..like if you live in a warmer part of the country, you will distroy HIPS if left in the car

Well..I wanna pop in here...i have an RS as well..yes its thin...i did add a coating of fiberglass inside the lid and nowhere else..I have had that over a year now and it has seen abuse! No cracking...i can run ,jump and do stairs with no problems......yes guys i did say run!.......weathering...i used fullers earth on mind this time...i used pandas on my last TD and sold that to a buddy.so its been on for 2 years and never....never needed a touch up...my fullers earth..ya it gets touched up......one thing i see and i dont remember..as i just woke up and was sniffen rondo all night....calfs...did RS use the same for both sides??it looks like you have a set of the same...as far as coms go with the boys at RS. ya a bit slow......nice kids lid!
