Take the pic inside the helmet outward,,,that should do it......do you know what was the weathering that was on it?..,,and nice build,,i like the hand plates,,,,,and i would just tweek the pistol grip ,,but nice build on that one as well,,,and no i am not centron or anything like that,,,,been around a short while,,,,i am to fat for that,,,lol to much work on the major part of the prop,,,my body in side the armor

Agree. ..mine as welli was going to just make a mold and form new ears....I think he should and give us all new ears.but that wont happen...I have pmed him many times for info on whete he got the plastic so it will match...does anyone know...

If this is your first set o armor,, go with velcro for a short while...get a feel of the armor, how it sits on you what it does when you move, then make your adjustments,,once you feel you got it.....replace it with what eric said

you are doing a great job....e 6000 is the way to go.. as far as cutting goes dont make passes just one good blaid and snap to many passes makes an easy snap but an uneven snap, but looking real good so far, keep up the good work
