  2. Done as well. Just make sure you put your helmet bag in a tray at the security screening, so some idiot doesn't have a chance of slamming their carry on up against your bucket.
  3. Of course, now I am going to keep my eyes out for another sale for the smaller (SE-44C Blaster Pistol) blaster.
  4. Hey Vlad, Not trying to troll your post, but you should keep your $300 and save a bit more. You may find someone that will sell an old, beat-up kit for that amount, but realistically, a lot of us end up spending $1000 - $1200 or so, once you have bought a kit, soft parts, and the tools and materials you need. Just trying to help, and good luck on your endeavor. I would love to be wrong and you find a kit for that amount. I just don't think that number is realistic.
  5. Arrived yesterday! Awesome! Thanks so much!
  6. Thanks for the heads up! Ordered! Order #1235606922
  7. Arrived safely and in perfect condition to the country of Texas! Thank you very much!
  8. Thank you sir! I will rock with that, and thank you so much for posting so much detail. Although I am building a fiberglass kit, it has been a fantastic reference!
  9. I have a question on the belt. On the two boxes, I have marked as 1 and 2, box #2 appears to sit lower than box #1. How much further down should it be? Thanks, and/or my apologies if this was covered. I did not see it mentioned elsewhere. (image attached hopefully)
  10. Awesome! Well done everyone! Love it!
  11. Cool! That's my bucket on Lexie, from the Mavs organization! Definitely good times! Here's my video captures from the TV broadcast: https://youtu.be/GhwUoBiAosE (some of the clips were left in, because my band's music is playing in the arena )
  12. I don't have a clue when this happened, but apparently my kit was finally approved. http://www.501st.com/members/displaymember.php?userID=13931&costumeID=241
  13. Great work as always! My wookiee made it in a pic!
  14. I got as far as I could with the kit I bought. I still get cookies!
  15. I have a wookiee and a TK. After wearing the wookiee (which is just off the chain hot, with 18" stilts - you start sweating from second 1 that you're suited up), the TK is like running around in my underwear in a mild spring breeze.
  16. Looks like every other one... - that's a clone joke... j/k Nice work!
  17. Heat gun. Do it gently, bit by bit. If he used E6000, it will be no problem. Other glues may be a bit more difficult.
  18. Hey Chad, Welcome aboard man! First off, jump on FaceBook and introduce yourself to the people on the Star Garrison group. This one is open: https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Star-Garrison-of-the-501st-Legion/155799257916211?ref=br_tf (There is also a closed group for members) You will find that the SA folks will be more than happy to assist you with questions and answers. Don't feel afraid to ask here and there with anything you want to know. There's some locals that will be able to help you in person. Ask about attending an armor party, I believe there is one coming up soon. RT-MOD or the new NE may be your best bet, from the sounds of it. Take your time, enjoy your build, and as they say, "Measure three times, cut once..." Cheers, Steve
  19. Saving up my AA miles, so I can fly BA! ha ha... Love that partnership... 58,000 and counting...
