  1. Thanks Stephen... Yes the details.
  2. Well I submitted my application and am waiting. Decided to drill out some rivets, went pretty well.
  3. Hey! Don't quote me on this, but the top edge of the kidney piece is alittle longer then the bottom edge .
  4. Thanks, Paul, Looking forward to EI
  5. I am going to submit my application soon. This is the first time i have had everything on, it was a really hot day here in California, for November.
  6. http://www.rt-mod.com/
  7. Yes it"s 1 inch. I read it somewhere on here awhile back.
  8. The suit fits you like a glove! Amazing Build.
  9. If you have a jo-ann fabrics store in you area, get on their mailing list. They send out 50% off coupons. I just collect coupons and drop in on way home from work. It takes a while but the dritz heavy duty snaps are really good.
  10. Lookin Good! The ammo belt needs more of a bend to it. Armor fits you very well!
  11. Yes you can trim off the return edges, in anh they had little to no return edges, most people make the strip as wide as the ridge it just looks better.
  12. Thanks for the info on the ROTJ armor.
  13. I think I can see whats causing the problem, try removing the strap in the middle of the chest piece connected to the ab , see if this corrects it. I was looking at my armor and noticed the box in the middle of the ab was in the center but TM armor it's offset to one side if you know what I mean.
  14. Look in the armor builds section, there are quite a few people that have built ATA armor on this site. If you are still unsure just post pic's of what you intend to cut, like Ricky said and have fun
  15. For what it's worth, I would stick to the heavy duty snaps. Especially the shoulder connections. The knee plate, just glue the middle part first, clamp it then let it cure. Then glue the sides, clamp and cure. Trying to glue it all at once is difficult, believe me I have tried.
  16. Your new helmet compliments your armor soo much!
  17. Just go with snaps, if the elastic gets worn out you can replace the strap much easier. Killer job on the helmet by the way!
  18. Te ves bien, buen trabajo!
  19. Your doing great! The side rivets look really good.
  20. The left looks perfect! The right may need a tiny bit more on the circular part. Looks like your having fun!
  21. On the shins place the strip below the edge, I hope you have left a liittle bit of room to go over the boots. The thighs should be fine as long as you can get your foot through the opening.
  22. Good looking armor! TM is pretty awesome. The helmet details are really nice!! I just wish my hand was that steady.
  23. Yes, it looks like the ESB helmets were done this way.
  24. Looking really good, I would just lower the back piece a bit. If your tall maybe increase the gap between the butt and kidney plate, this will be hidden under the belt.
