  1. Looking good. A few tips for the helmet, you need to trim the eyes out a bit more, there should be little to no flashing on ROTJ eyes. Also with the frown if you have a look at the screencaps it fattens out at the ends rather than tapering like an ANH/ESB frown. Great job on the ears, they can be tough. JoeR
  2. Mark has all the prop skills, he used to work in the industry with one of the leading UK prop makers. I just find the occasional bit of old plastic!
  3. Looks amazing, love TM's work. Joe
  4. I think they look much better the way TM stated above. Someone did a before and after shot of a TM with the ears trimmed more at the front and they looked so much better. In fact wasn't that you Mathias?
  5. My JoeR ROTJ helmets are also a lot bigger direct casts from film helmets tend to be much bigger than the 3rd of 4th gen. Joe
  6. Awesome! But you need some paint chips!
  7. I have JoeR ROTJ helmets like the one in my avatar, cast from an original ROTJ Stormtrooper Helmet. Mark aka SSKUNKY also sells ROTJ helmets and armour also cast from an original helmet and set of armour. JoeR
  8. Armour and helmet looks great! It might be easier just to turn it into a stunt helmet as it looks more like one to me anyway. Just swap out the lenses and extend the frown paint slightly. That would save you changing the ears. Joe
  9. Mark's CfO armour is very easy to assemble, all the parts match up perfectly and you don't need to do any trimming. It is one of the easiest I have found... Edit: I meant to say heating of parts not trimming! There is a definitely a difference in difficulty of assembly if you have assembled a few different branded kits.
  10. Congratulations buddy!
  11. FYI there is an interior shot of the Mark II ESB helmet in the ROTJ section. It's the photo of the interior with the foam lining. Joe
  12. You could trim a little off the chin area but it looks quite well trimmed to me. Joe
  13. They will, they are perfect Pantone match and they look silk screened. Nice one Marky! FYI emailed you Stefan. Joe
  14. Got to meet up in real life soon bud! Excuse the OT.
  15. I brought a lot of these helmets about 6 or 7 years ago. Rob was always a gentlemen to deal with. I remember the cling film/saran wrap was quite unique, always made me smile! Joe
  16. That would be really useful thanks Fabien. Joe
  17. Thanks Paul. I have a ton of reference photos and scans from an original. Toomuchgarlic has a tracing from the TE ROTJ helmet. Joe
  18. I would prefer someone who knows our hobby to do it. Was hoping someone on the forum might be able to help out.
  19. Is there anyone else who would be interested in collaborating to get some really screen accurate decals done? I would like to get some regular and Mark II ESB and ROTJ decals made. Does anyone know anyone who could do this? With the recent RS Props helmets we (as a community) have nailed screen accuracy. This would be one of the last few things to accomplish to make some 100% accurate ESB and ROTJ helmets. Joe
  20. Maybe he sells black trim.
  21. Your faceplate looks a little pushed out at the bottom which would give you less space around your brow. The cap/back size really dictates the size of the helmet though. I would hook up with some UKG guys in your area who could help you take the helmet apart and see if it's fixable or you could contact the recommended makers on here with your head size. It's hard to tell without better pictures and being there in person though. Joe
  22. Thanks again Paul. That is interesting about the identities helmet. That would explain the flat lenses on the Carbon Chamber helmet.
  23. Thanks Fabien I can confirm 100% the decals on mine were paper. Joe
