I have CAP armor and I am 6' and 215 and it fits nice. I still have to shim the sides between my Ab and back plate but it is a nice fit. In FX it felt bulky. I like more of the bodyglove feeling

Yeah what FBJ said. I think the ripples are from when forming and it cools you will get those. I mean I think you can sand it down with a high grit paper but then you will need to paint and this could lead to different colored armor peices so you would have to paint the whole set

from the fourth picture under the tube you can see what looks like a little webbing so I would guess it is abs. What gauge?
