  1. Thank you Wibowo! Only Original Trilogy Imperials for me Brian No PT, no TFA, no RO, no matter how close they are to OT. When you enter the collection room the first helmet you see in the right is the TE2 Sandtrooper then the ANH helmets, then ESB and ROTJ as you advance inside.
  2. Thanks Germain. They are on top of a cabinet on the right side of the room, and as you enter they are in order See below an older picture of the right side of the room as you enter
  3. The trio is complete - the most accurate Stormtrooper helmets, from right to left: RS Prop Masters ANH First Edition, RS Prop Masters ESB Alan Harris Signature Edition, Cast From Original/CFO ROTJ
  4. Scott is a member on RPF and here too. His conversions are awesome.
  5. Fixed that for you
  6. Unless RS (and other manufacturers in all other domains) raise their prices
  7. Some people like sci-fi and SW armors, blasters and sabers with a ton of accurate greeblies, others like custom cars with powerful engines, others like drinking a beer with their buddies, others like fishing or hiking, others like all of the above. Then there are others who enjoy reading philosophy, and of course others who are barely able to read the yogurt label. The differences in opinions regarding everything (as long as they are decent and respectful), including SW accuracy and thriving or not for it, is what it makes it fun. If everyone would look for the same things in the world, that world would be bland and uninteresting.
  8. He has a foam head
  9. I think I'm going to order the "door catch/latch" greeblie in metal and see how it is. The scope rail would be cool to have in metal, it's quite a difference compared to plastic, mine is metal. And the U-tracks price is huge, indeed better to make your own. Need to take a look at his other offerings, like the ANH E-11 cylinders.
  10. This might help a bit regarding the scope ring - photo of screen used ROTJ blaster:
  11. Superb. It would be excellent as target practice for cannons and rocket launchers
  12. In ROTJ besides the MGC E-11, they also used Pugman stunt E-11 which were seen in ESB. I don't own a doopys (yet), but if it can be converted into one (with added greeblies and necessary changes), it should be good for ROTJ (but don't think CRL allows it though)
  13. As you can see good parts for a ROTJ blaster are quite rare, rarer than ANH E-11 parts. You can get relatively easy a (real) Hengstler counter, good cylinders, accurate t-tracks (4-5 options here) or (real) M-type scope, but it's much harder to get good and especially metal parts for a ROTJ E-11.
  14. Excellent tutorial for adding the t-tracks on a blaster! Saved!
  15. Let's put it this way, from my own point of view as a dedicated prop collector. What appeared on screen (no matter if we're talking about lights, paint, warps/dents etc. or lack of those) is what I'm interested in getting. Personally I don't care about any games, comics, prints, posters, or any kind of artistic interpretations outside the 3 OT movies themselves when talking about my props. Any time a figure, statue, and especially a 1:1 armor/helmet lacks accuracy I'm totally aware of it. There are collectibles that have no accuracy at all, and some which are quite accurate. That doesn't mean I don't collect less accurate stuff. But when talking about 1:1 armor and helmet I want to be as accurate as possible with the warts and asymmetry there. The thing with 501st is that they strive for accurate stuff, not 100%, but still more than allowing a round silver thermal detonator with lights to be added on a regular Stormtrooper armor. That's why 501st have their rules, which you need to obey if wanting to join their ranks. Outside 501st, no one says you cannot make a pink tutu Stormtrooper with swan wings on its back and with elephant ears instead of the regular Stormtrooper ears. But you will not be able to join 501st with that, no matter how many prizes your artwork will receive, unless you get in a parallel universe where pink tutus are a must for Stormtroopers.
  16. Superb! Send one to me to make comparison shots with my real deal :D
  17. This will be a very cool and creative build. Following!
  18. I've got reply for you from BobaDebt, see the PM
  19. When coming back Andy said that he intends to make more cylinders as well as the E-11 stands. Question is when he will come back...
  20. Very nice piece. Like Vern said above you can try sskunky. For metal parts that is a bit more difficult though

  22. For this shipping quote ($1700-$2800) it should be delivered by the Emperor himself in his personal Tyderium Shuttle, and come together with Rey and Oola both eagerly to massage my feet for starters
  23. You don't want to get this from UK if you are in US, it is against the law. Get one locally, demilled by your state laws.
  24. Of course. Add 19% to the total cost of the armor (kit or finished) and shipping - this is VAT. Then there will be customs taxes too, smaller amount, but still. Glad I'm only into OT Imperials and that I recently got my RS Stormie armor.
  25. They ship to mine. See the cost LOL:
