  1. Also don't use velcro to fix them to the back plate. Just let them free float at the back. This way they can move about and never be under stress or presure.
  2. Have a great birthday Mason and thank you so much for everything mate.
  3. Happy birthday Karin. Thank you for everything you give the the FISD
  4. Man that looks amazing! That armour fits you like a glove. Love all the pics. Good luck trooper.
  5. I love all my trooper brothers and sisters XXX
  6. Congratulations Steve. That weathering is amazing!
  7. Great idea Paul. I would love to help someone become EI. If I can help anyone in anyway, just ask. I have just sent a friend of mine who is a member here some small bits and pieces that he was finding it difficult to find in his country. I believe his goal is to go for EI. I'll give him a friendly nudge
  8. Well, yeah it does help with the fit. I only have the SDS as a display piece but the padding does make it fit nice and snug but it is a smaller helmet than the MR. Do a search on here and have a look to see how others have padded their helmets. There are quite a few different cool ways.
  9. I used one of these to fit inside an SDS battlespec. I can't say how well it will fit the MR but it was certainly a bit too big for the SDS but with some carefull fitting turned out nice. They are, in my opinion, a nice, well made piece and give a good finish. Probably would make it very hot for trooping though.
  10. They are also very good for staying alive.
  11. Mines back! WOO HOO.
  12. Well done Laurent. I haven't seen many SDS suits and you look fantastic in it. Congratulations buddy.
  13. My Centurion Badge isn't showing either
  14. Hey Brian, nice job. The only thing that I can see that needs changing in the gloves. I think they should be rubber and need to be a bit longer as you can see your wrists. Good luck buddy.
  15. Hi Brendan. I am by no means an expert but these suits mark up pretty quick. Just by wearing it a few times you should start to get the look from the movie. It doesn't get much more authentic than 'real life' weathering.
  16. Have a great day Paul.
  17. That's a real nice, neat build and it fit's you really well. Well done and good luck.
  18. Congratulations Tim. Well done mate.
  19. Beautiful build. Well done. But I hate that you can fit into an AP without side shims. You are part of the rebel alliance and a traitor. Take him away!
  20. Just a heads up fellas. The helmets just went on sale on the RPF. Get em while there hot.
  21. There is also a guy on ebay that sells yellow fett visors. I don't know anything about him though. I think it is Phoenixprops.
  22. Hi Michael. I know you can get yellow motorbike helmet visors. Someone here probably has a better suggestion though.
  23. TK-4510 is who you seek. Take a good look at his site. Fantstic stuff and he is a pleasure to deal with to boot. ----- I used the Dave M decals myself.
