    Hi James, as each suit was trimmed by hand I'm sure that it would vary ever so slightly from trooper to trooper. I trimmed it so that the cut started where the plastic belt meets the canvas belt when you lay it on top. The best thing is to look at lots of screen caps from the film. Hope this helps.

    I use Dickies workwear knee pads. They are cheap and easy to cut.

    Looking good buddy. You need to trim the corners of the belt at forty five degree angles. Also I would trim the top and bottom of the belt to make it less thick. Great build so far

    Try this site www.mybannermaker.com. I'm not good with computers but found this site really easy. You can pay a small fee but I used the free option, that's why mine says 'made by banner' maker on it. Not sure how others do it so there is probably a better option. Hope this helps.

    I have just seen a screen cap from the extended bunker scene on the blu-ray where all the troopers get taken out and noticed that the boots they are wearing have white soles. Sorry if this is a already known, I don't know that much about the ROTJ troopers.
