I did mine drilling out the space I needed using a regular drill bit and some small files, the trigger is made from a piece of thick metal cut to shape.

Watching for the 100th time the armor scenes in ANH frame-by-frame I discovered something I never noticed before, a little "hook" on Han's bicep pieces that prevents them from sliding too low by "capturing" the shoulder elastic. I saw that little hook only on Han's armor, and it's clearly visible only in the "let's wait here" scene and in the trash compactor scene. Has someone noticed this before? Since a lot of times Han's biceps are completely down, I assume that the little hook was supposed to do its job only in defined scenes, to keep the biceps in the right position and prevent them from sliding so low to touch the forearm piece.

Well' he's done a hell of a job on that Rubies. One thing I'll do is trim more, "shrink" legs and arms, lift everything up to give it a "tighter" look

Well... pardon if I do the harsh-guy here but... I think that Rubies shouldn't be 501st approved, but maybe that's too much for someone. But what I certainly hope not to see is a Rubies pass as elite ROTJ. Come on guys, ELITE! The best of the best!!! The Olympus of Stormtroopers!!! You can pimp the hell out of an old Ford or Toyota to make it look like a Ferrari, but you won't allow it in a Ferrari club. And for the same price tag or even more... Hell, I'll reject for elite even FX armor and MR CE, but that's me, I believe in high standards. I understand that someone who already bought it does his best to make it better and justify his purchase, but not Elite, please.

If he hasn't been banned on the RPF too despite his arrogance, trolling behaviour, unsupported claims and lack of objectivity, is because maybe they NEED him to be there, they WANT him to be there. Normally if you want to talk to the Oracle you must climb the mountain, here the Oracle walks in the marketplace praising himself and his knowledge. If you start doing research by yourself, looking for some different sources of knowledge, start making your own tests and thinking with your own mind, double-check everything it's been told you, maybe when the guy is rendered useless or secluded in his ivory tower he'll cease to be a threat and an arrogant. Chance is that he we want to join his forum to take advantage of his knowledge he won't let us in

If you're doing this for the sake of truth, it's really futile because you ask us to believe something you saw with youe experienced eyes. Just like believing a girl who says she saw the Virgin Mary. You ask us a leap of faith: some will jump, some will not. The last word can only come from TM himself if he lied and confesses.

So: - if he lied and recasted from TE, we can say that the lineage is mantained, so you should be allright with it. - if he told the truth and he sculpted it, you aren't happy because something not accurate is going around the public arena. Which do you care most, lineage or lie?

It's not a fact, it's your opinion. You're not a superior being enlightening us with your knowledge, you're a passionate and prepared collector that has too much faith in his experience and lacks intellectual honesty. Just ask me one question: if you think the good stuff would be wasted, and you're afraid of other people stealing your precious, you dislike the will to make childrens smile, why do you bother about the public arena? You know your stuff, you think you have the most screen accurate helmet on earth, just leave us alone.

I love AP, I love TE2, I love TM, I just can't stand Gino's fondamentalism and lack of intellectual honesty. And a lot of us do. TM, AP and TE2 are sharing their love and passion, Gino doesn't, so in my opinion is nothing but a bitter and prepared collector that has far too much faith in his knowledge. I judge people by what they can create and add to this world with humility and honesty, and I think a man is innocent until his presumed guilt is proven over every reasonable doubt.
