Man... I love it. There were two other great entry's as well. It made me upset to have to close it, but naysayers were taking the tread to an unneeded level. If they stay away, and all understand this is a fun project, one that was intended to build esprit de corps, I would love to keep it going. Its just not up for debate to me. Don't take this wrong, but that is a real long shot... Tons of blood sweat and tears go into these costumes being built. It may fill your bill better to just look into getting a set of armor and helmet to build and then just have it for you. Could build it to fit multiple body types and such. Wear and tear from people that don't own the thing is the main issue I can see off the bat.

I like that one. In the real life military its always better to get silver over gold. Higher Rank... Either way, great program and great looking stuff.

ANH. The ROTJ is really a different lid all together. More squished looking. You might pull it off in assembly to get a ROTJ look. More than paint is required basically.
