  1. That probably just means he's selling you a recast.
  2. There are sooo many threads on this already.
  3. Have a look in the already existing thread here: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/34541-anovos-tfa-fn-stormtrooper-helmet-thoughts/
  4. Write a bug report to Microsoft? Sounds like this is their problem.
  5. I completely agree. That loctite glue is however excellent for attaching the rubber/latex handguards to the rubber gloves.
  6. No. I just want the record to be straight. They haven't been 501st members for a long time.
  7. Used to be 501st members. They are not anymore.
  8. It's unlikely that using ANH armour will get you beyond basic approval however.
  9. Wouldn't that look kind of messed up if the armour is squeeky clean? Or the reverse?
  10. Here is the full size image from anovos post. -----------
  11. If having a website is important to you, you can go to http://www.rspropmasters.com Much better quality and accuracy. Or pick one from our vetted vendors list and send them an email or PM here on the forum.
  12. You can always pm the seller. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
  13. All Santroopers have kidney notches. It's the same armour as stormtroopers's in ANH. Here's a picture of the original sandtrooper armour that Simon of RS Props owns, before it was cleaned up.

  15. Alright, I'm temp locking this thread until tomorrow to let everyone cool down.
  16. I say you should wait with mods until you have tried to wear it with proper strapping in place.
  17. We already know the armour was sculpted by KW for Anovos. Why would the helmet be any different?
  18. Even a single 3D print of something this large in high quality will be very expensive to print, then mould, then cast. If you factor in wages x man hours for all the workers involved. Sure, no problem.
  19. Just to be clear I was talking about the movie costumes. Not Anovos.
  20. Maybe the master suit was 3D printed, but that was then moulded and cast in urethane for the actors. No one is crazy enough to 3D print 50+ complete suits. That's just a waste of both time and money.
  21. How about asking Anovos? We can't do anything about it.
  22. Why go through the effort to make your own moulds, build a vec-form and buy the plastic, then find it's hard and costly and didn't turn out very well, when you can buy a finished kit from someone who know's what they are doing, for much less?
