No accurate helmet in history has had perfect hovi's. Tweak them all you like until you find something you're happy with. But they will never be perfectly straight.

Yes you can clean it off. No, not all holsters smear as much as others. But you will get a lot of smudges on your armour over time. Best not to let it bother you or you will spend alot of time cleaning your armour. Some dirt just makes you look combat hardened anyway.
Yes, members are limited to a finite about of space. Use photobucket or something else to host images off site and link them in.
