  1. I've got the heat gear tops and bottoms... the thighs cover teh logo on the pants... and ive got a flap on my neckseal that hangs over my back to cover the logo on the upper back of the shirt...
  2. saw ironman this weekend... TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! paltrow was the worst part, and she was tolerable... didn't stay through the ending... what was it? guess i'll have to wait to DVD.......... unless i can convince someone to come wiht me to see it again!!!
  3. I never meant to hurt anyone's feelings... to borrow the words from Dr. King... "let us not be judged by the color of our armor, but the content of our character".... As stated before, the TK and TX kits are pretty much the same, and the FISD has all the info, the tips, the tricks needed to work on and adjust your armor, regardless of the color I was just being silly... i've seen some people who comment on "dirty" troopers needing to go to MEPD... I hope i didn't hurt anyone's feelings....
  4. how do we get in touch with him once his machine is back up and running?
  5. i know we shouldn't judge people by the color of their skin, but we have every right to to judge people based on the color of thier ARMOR!!! this forum is for WHITE armor only... j/k please see the special ops forum for more information on TX's (we're TK's here.. and proud of it!!)
  6. we're all here for you man!!!
  7. The base requirements for and e-11 states 6 t-tracks. there are 8 potential places to put t-tracks, I'm assuming no t-tracks on the bottom because of the folding stock, that leaves 7 left. Which other place should I skip? or is it ok to put t-track on the remaining 7 spots for ANH elite status?
  8. looks awesome... thanks for all your hard work!!!
  9. just squeaked by in the 22-28 category... after next may, i'd have to be bumped up to a new tax bracket...
  10. hehehe.. im getting excited just reading your post!!! congrats!!! i know that after i did TONS of research, and redeemed enough bottles, i was able to get my first set of armor, and i was wicked excited too!!! (traded aluminum for ABS... lol).. enjoy it...
  11. hehehe... famous.... i promise i wont let i get to my head... yeah i had some rough spots, some pinching... i def need to work on a few areas... left shin, cod piece, biceps, shoulder bells... but it was still fun!!! (and cold!!) ....and i love my new banner!!
  12. hehehe... everyone has a kid inside them, and i think you've found a way to harness it!!! keep on corrupting him.. in 10 years, i expect him ready to apply for legion membership!!!
  13. I (sorta) made the paper!!! http://www.boston.com/news/local/massachus...ade_031608?pg=2 look over darth's left shoulder, 3rd trooper back. blue pauldron on troopers right shoulder, green and black scarf over trooper's left shoulder.... thats me!!! more pics can be seen at the New England Garrison's website... http://www.501neg.com/photos/thumbnails.php?album=857 now i've been officialy bitten by the trooping bug.. i wanna do it again!!!! thanks to everyone at the NEG and FISD for assisting me to become the TK i am today!!!
  14. i agree with each and everyone one of those suggestions... besides.. an FX bucket is a great one to sit on the shelf and have non-501st people admire and drool over... if you make it look good enough, you can keep your TE2 or AP bucket with the rest of your armor... remember, only us troopers will know the difference between a nice TE2 or AP, and an "average" FX bucket... but the average fan will still appriciate a nice looking stormtrooper, regardless of what type of bucket you're wearing!!!
  15. okay guys... thanks for the advice.. i'll post some pics next monday!!!
  16. After finishing my armor, and getting my TK#, I've decided to join the New England Garrison, as they march in Boston's St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday. To make a long story short, do some of you veteran troopers have any advice for a novice? rain-x on helmet lense to prevent fogging? where to store my car keys and cell phone? things to avoid? things i should do? The weather forecast says its going to be in the low 40's, with a 30% chance of rain. i've got cold weather underarmor, and insulated socks, but im worried about my head... will it get too hot in there? too cold in there? shoudl i put my fans in? should i wear a knit cap? any other tid-bits of info from guys in the field? thanks
  17. hehe... you should get royalities!!!
