1. Injection molded means liquid plastic is forced into a metal mold which supports both sides of an object. Most production items are injection molded. Most of the time it's urethane or it can be abs (phones, appliances etc). I worked on items mass produced in factories using injection moulding. It will be fine.
2. It would help to know what country you are in. Perhaps there are local sellers
3. No, they probably won't do the sale again. Why not just buy from the vetted suppliers list?
4. You should take a photo in costume so we can help. It's kind of hard to judge just by description.
5. If you have the small aker amp, it could go inside the right pectoral under the chest and the icomm on the left. The mic wire goes from your boom ear loop, though the neckseal and into the icomm. Then a male to male 1/8" jack wire goes from the icomm to the aker. Make sense?
6. I haven't seen the RS PVC, but their abs is quite hard and thin. It's not nearly as thick as other makes, but the detail is accurate and sharp.
7. Heat it gently with a hair dryer / heat gun, rub it off with your thumb.
8. I wouldn't cut it until you have your thighs done too. Just so you can size things accurately.
9. As I understood it, it was scrapped and the new EP vii falcon is new. I can't find the article but the original ship was built in the UK. The cockpit was a separate smaller set but physically bigger than the full falcon.
10. They are cast in a special black rubber / resin material, so they only need weathering painting.
11. If its a Teflon coated one, just use it straight up. It's its the steel one, use a think piece of fabric like fine woven cotton or canvas. Test a scrap piece of plastic first as the cloth covered irons can leave an impression on the plastic if you hold it in place too long. Here's a video I made a few years ago as tutorial.https://youtu.be/OJwOmIS4hSw
12. 40% of the bumps you see need to be trimmed off. The other 60% are covered by the ears. There are some mild bumps on the traps but some of these were left as "bumps and warts" on purpose.
13. If you plan on going for EIB or Centurion, they won't pass. The boots cannot have extra stitching per the CRL.
14. Another thing you can do that a lot of rock climbers and equestrian people do: put the boots on, fill them with warm water (bucket or bathtub). Drain the water out, and wear them for a few hours. This will stretch them about a half size bigger.
15. I thought AP fixed all these misalignment issues?

I just had a garrison mate bring over his armor (which he got 3 weeks ago) to help him trim it, and the thighs and shins are still misaligned like they were years ago.
16. I'm not sure if they use the same molds but my old ones were gigantic.

Here's what I did.
https://youtu.be/OJwOmIS4hSw
17. I believe it's approx. 15mm for the arms, 20mm for the legs, shin backs are 25mm.
18. Cool idea with the torch. A template would be a great idea. Man, yours look so much better than my old AM 1.0 thighs. I just had to eyeball them back in the day!-----------------
19. Make them snug enough that you can get your hand through the wrist opening with a glove on. Easier than putting on the glove afterwards unless you're doing rubber gloves with latex handguards.
20. It looks like manufacturing will be take place in China (check out the Chinese characters on the fire extinguisher!)

http://us2.campaign-archive1.com/?u=d364b6e2ca1099fb0335fbecd&id=a995a5acf2&e=e4236154b5
21. Look up local plastic supply shops. If your armor was abs look for abs and try to color match it as plastics come in different color (even white).

If you're really stuck, use sheet styrene from a hobby shop.
22. You can't build a TK first and use it as a TK, the parts are different.

Helmet paint details are different.
Shoulder armor on a TK, TD has visible white canvas straps
Ab details are different (different button configurations)
Sniper knee plate is different

Best to just pick one and pursue it.
23. Firstly, make sure the return is trimmed from the forearm. I can't tell I the photo if it already is

If its still tight, you would need to use wider cover strips. It would have been good to roughly size up the armor before you trimmed it too much, but its salvageable.
