This may be a dumb question. But just want to be completely sure what a Return edge is.. I tried to google it but no luck.

If i'm not mistaken. a butt joint is when 2 pieces come together and you add a cover strip to the top to seal it. Here's my problem Note:This is only a trimmed Forearm set nothing else has been done.. I"m only in the fitting stage. This is my first piece I started working on so I'm really clueless right now. The 2 pieces will come together across the forearm if I squeeze them together, but its very uncomfortable, The worst part is my hand will not fit through if I do. The space that I have here is the distance I need to have comfort and squeeze my hand through just barley ( note that the other side is taped together as if in a butt joint). Can a butt joint be 2 piece semi close together with a cover strip. How can I fix this? P.S. Ive already tried the compression suit, kind of made it worse.

Living in a small town my options are limited to the stores I go to until I make it to the big city for a shopping run<br><br> So the hobby shop here mostly sells testers. But I want to use the recommended hombrol paints.<br><br> All he had there for the colors I needed was metallic black '201' and gull grey 140. Are these colors acceptable for the bucket?

When I first got the armor I was overwhelmed. now that I've started, the nerves are settling down, and the excitement is rising! a lot of the items I need are on order. Mostly I just have the armor, and a thousand questions all the time. I hope me doing this build thread will help answer a lot of the questions. First off I'm starting with the helmet to get it out of the way for now. Still need several items like the mic tips to come in to finish it completely. I spent several hours yesterday to file the ears to fit. here is the progress so far. just a small gap left. Would I continue to file this until the gap is gone, or am I at the point of doing something else to correct the rest? here is a further from the front and then the back. With the front picture, I' m not sure how to fix the lip at the bottom of the ear. Thank you for any and all feedback!
