It will depend on which helmet you have and how big your head is. If you have a smaller screen accurate helmet and a large head, it's going to be a tight fit, depending on your glasses. If the frame is very flat and square, it may not fit the curvature pf the helmet. You're going to have to test fit it. Can you wear contact lenses? That would be much easier.

If your cod piece is cut (separated into two pieces, just below the belt) it's very easy. Undo the crotch strap, flip up the cod and access the "evacuation port". If the cod is one piece, you're going to need to remove the cod / butt section depending on how you have it rigged.

2 piece Under Armor. If it's going to be cold out, I'll throw on an extra layer underneath the black Under Armor (thin merino wool thermal layer top and bottom). Both work great for bathroom breaks.

Jim's Aker amp is the best for price and performance. I can't recommend it enough, it's awesome!

My friend / co-worker is searching for parts for a Vader build, and he asked if I could help in his search. Anyone know any good resources for a good quality Vader voice changer? He's willing to spend a bit more, and he's entertained the idea of the cheaper ones, but they just don't have the oomph he's looking for. He has a mic and amp / speaker already, so ideally he wants to find a voice changing unit. I've seen the Hyperdyne one, which seems rather nice but it's also pretty spendy. Any other options worth looking at? Thanks in advance!

I think pictures of the updated items will do. For the neck seal, maybe put that on, your chest and back on top of that and your lid and snap a head shot type picture (just so the picture looks nice). You gotta make sure you look good as an EIB trooper!

Alex brings up a good point. Isn't it a rule that as a member of the 501st, you're / the Legion not supposed to make money from any appearances (and I don't think that means the person under the suit, it's more like the image / property of LFL used for profit?) If you do, it's only for charitable causes, correct?
