  3. Most areas I make them a touch shorter, especially the sides of the ab/kidney as that can take some strain to close fully. Some of it is trial and error, I actually have a few pieces with multiple snaps applied so I can test gaps, I found it was easier to have these over the years as I've built a few kits over my time

  4. That's pretty much how I would trim them.

  8. Good to know. Looks like those sheets are pretty reasonably priced so I grabbed a set. Thanks for the info.

  9. I just loaded up a TK kit on their website (https://www.rspropmasters.com) and going through the checkout process and the payment supplier is WorldPay, though PayPal is a 2nd option. Using PayPal as a payment provider is quite common, as it gives the option to use balance, standard card transactions and credit/pay in parts services. What you are describing doesn't sound like you are ordering via the website.

  13. DN and Hasbro are just in it for money, and Disney is happy to sit back and let them screw things up so they can take their cut. I'm with Andrew on this, I've read the books with Cardinal, CD-0922, Archex, or whatever you call him, and it is TFA era. The description from the book is stormtrooper armor, but red and he had a cape. Other references say that the armor was gifted to him by Brendol Hux which again put his armor in TFA period. Honestly I don't care, I just want this CRL built so I can make one. I think he is a character that deserves more attention and to be put in a movie or series.

  16. GF, he sculpted the original FX kit, and later on sold TE derivatives in a deal he made with TE back in the day. One of the first guys to sell TK kits. He went on to sell his moulds to AP I think. He was also as far as I know the only maker to get a cease and desist order from LFL.
