1. Finally looking back in.. A belated thanks for all the replies. With Anaheim coming up, I suppose it's about time to finish up my RotJ that I started...ummm...how many years ago? Just not having good luck with the CfO greaves, can't get a good closure on the backs, and I am by no means a large guy! So looking into seeing if any other greaves might match...
2. Does anyone happen to know if the colors of the CFO and TM kits match? I have a CFO set, but have incredible issues with the size of the shins, and was wondering if TM shins might possibly match? I'm trying to avoid having to deal with shims...
3. Looks like the S&T Airsoft E-11 is finally available.--------- Good for Rogue One troopers, since it seems they used the S&T as a base gun for their E-11s and DH-17 types.
4. Sorry to hear about it. My sig other (81510) might have just ordered one for her up and coming TK, on my recommendation. Hopefully eveything goes smooth. And hope all works out for you.
5. Can't wait to see the RFT helmet! One of my all-time favorites!
6. I was thinking of using velcro cable ties to hold the neck of the boot shut. As it is it's waaaaaaaay too big for my CFO, and probably my ollllllllld AP as well. My pair of Imperialboots boots are way narrower in the neck.
7. RB17 eh? Interesting, I thought the originals were Parker Hale rings. Never knew an actual model number though. But I do know Parker Hale rings use that thick footclamp piece...
8. How long was yours? I'm looking at about 7 hours I think. I'll be up there most likely at some point between 07/24 and 07/30. Oughta get a bunch of us together for a bigger shoot!
9. Awesome. Planning to do exactly this in July. Hopefully be done with my CFO TK by then...
10. Are they FB only? How would I order as I absolutely do not use FB?
11. Love the Boston! Mine's name is Vader. And oh yeah, the armor looks good too!
12. You're lucky. I suspect that Trooper666 is running into the same issues I am as far as seams go. The overlap part is often not straight all the way down it's length, and trying to line the edges up leaves verrrrrry little room inside. My overlap seams will have to be down the center of the molded part of the inner piece, otherwise there's no way I'd be able to fit in it, and I am by NO means a big guy. Those original TKs mught have been tall, but they must have been stick men!
13.
I have both IB and TKboots, and they are both quite good. Service and communication was good from both. The TKboots might be just the tiniest bit more comfortable, but that might be down to the fact I ordered a size larger than normal, vs. the IB boots that I ordered in my exact size. The problem I find with the TKboots is that the "neck?" of the boot is much too wide, to the point that if you have tightly fitted greaves, as I do, you won't be able to close them. The IB boots fit the ankle and lower leg much more closely in this regard, and for that reason alone I would recommend the IB boots. As it stands, I will likely be taking my TKboots to a cobbler to see if anything can be done to narrow the opening.
14. I know... I can't believe I actually contributed to this thread. (Hangs head in shame)
15. Ooooo! Ooooooo! Do I get to say it first???

" I've got a bad feeling about this."
16.
I'm sure Isis and all their cohorts everywhere are running around giving each other high-fives and firing their AKs into the air in GRAND celebration that they have succeeded in making it so that make-believe spacemen who wear plastic suits have been requested to not carry their make-believe space guns at official events.

LOL
17. Psychotropic, dead right on all points I'd say, though I have disagree with liking Ren. Emo-goth bad guy just doesn't do it for me. But otherwise I'd agree on all points.
18. Ehhh... better than the Prequels, but still fell far short of the OT for me. The bad guy from the last Hobbit movie is this Snook guy? Damn...
Phasma? What was the point of even having her?
At least the Stormtroopers were reasonably competent and excellently agressive this go-around. And we got canon mixed-gender Stormtroopers, ASIDE from Phasma.
Outside the main characters and the OT characters though, the acting looked and felt like a fan film, just with really good sfx.
19.
Wow, he really added to the original footage. I was one of the fist bumpers. Only 4 of us for the shoot, but he did a great job multiplying us. I REFUSE to say "cloning".
20. Or wear your "dress blacks" like we did for the IOC mixer! Then you just have to worry about staggering back to the hotel in tall equestrian boots!
21.
CommanderZel, that was awesome. Right on the mark.
22. ID-3238, since TK-3238 was apparently taken. Who else would want to use my number?! Oh well... don't have a PSN Plus account for the multiplayer yet, but I guess I'll get one just for this.
