you could try thin wetsuit material, the ones that are used in warmer climates to keep you cool, but that may cost a bit. be sure to keep us posted as this sounds like a nice idea.

i glued the front then trimmed the back. not the overlapping part though the part that sits underneath. measure what you think you need to trim then take half off to start with, then gradually take more off till you get a good fit, it may turn out that you over estimated and this way you don't take too much off resulting in shim city. the left is slightly bigger, but once i got the belt on the bottom of the right one the size difference isn't noticable. but to be honest taping is a safer method if you are a bit unsure

i'll undercut stomper, i have a camera already , and i'm in the uk so cheaper postage, so just send me your armour and 45 quid. although it may take a few years for me to do the pics but i promise i'll return your armour within the millenium

i had a similar problem with trying to do my clearance pics, then i luckily remembered that my girlfriend is a photographer so carted my armor off to hers. nice armor though, and the death star shot is cool

what with work, and spending half the week at my girlfriends it ended up taking about 3 months. plus i could only work o it every other two weeks as my dad works on an oil rig and isn't a fan of noise when he's home. and yup its all fibreglass, well GRP but essentially the samething. the only non FG parts are the right knee belt and the TD, oh and the boots.

it is indeed for the speaker, i'm going to replace it with white velcro i just put it one quickly when i got my rom fx. not sure how i'd pinch the shoulders as my kit is fiberglass. if anyone has any suggestions that would help.
