  1. I dont know about your zone but for me there is a limit on the amout of imperial credits you can receive before a stop is put on your account. This is due to anti money laundering bs, and all you need to do is a few simple things llike email and maybe a phone call to prove you are who you say you are.... simples
  2. Awesome news Pablo
  3. Some of the marks are from my blaster, some from dropping the armour parts on the floor, some from leaning against brick walls, kicking my parts around the floor.... you get the idea All i can hear is Billy and Gary shouting in unison..... Nnnooooooooooooooooooooo
  4. Well done Billy you really deserve it mate, have a drink on me
  5. A few slip ups on the way is a bit of a bummer as everything is coming along really well. A little more work and you should be all ready to troop
  6. Ok we see and read a lot of threads asking about what polish to use to keep our white armour clean and i know that a lot of troopers are keen to let their armour get scuffed, scratched and weathered naturally as they wear and use the armour just to match the screen used stormtroopers which as we know where pretty shocking to say the least. As many here will know i like to keep my armour as close to the original props as is possible and in keeping with that i have never cleaned my TM armour. I do give it a wipe over after events but have not tried to remove the scuffs and scratches and i certainly dont polish it or i dont wrap the armour up in cotton wool it al gets thrown in its case together. So lets have a look at my 2009 TM armour after just 12 events this year...
  7. You've gotta love a TE hdpe and it really does look fantastic finished in the ESB style
  8. When i change mine they usually take a while for me to see it, wait a while and see.
  9. Yeah my 2008 TM did not have this oval and the 2009 did so i think its a close finish on that detail....
  10. Ok Vern has contacted me regarding this thread and has received some lenses from the seller he first listed and wanted to tell you all about them. Play nice troopers
  11. It really does look very nice, job well done mate
  12. Great job Eric and congrats on getting 501st approved, next step EIB
  13. Sorry I made a typo, just to see if everyone is awake it's 2 for stunt and 4 for hero but it doesn't matter too much.
  14. US 52 for the brow trim SWR 149 for the neck trim
  15. Guys remember there is no specifically required number of rivets to connect the holster to the belt, it is just advised for accuracy sake there were 4 on the hero armour and 2 on the stunts in the film
  16. It is certainly a novel idea on how to hold up your forearms. Although I think elastic on the inside elbow would be easier and screen accurate..... And it really does not add any weight to the costume by doing so and is by far the most comfortable way I have had my arms, I really forget they are they while at events
  17. You know i am amazed at the number of troopers who leave this long tab attached to their fx armour in undercarriage area. This was one of the first things to be cut off and modded on my first suit before i had even finished putting the gear together
  18. I actually really like the idea and will see what can be done about it
  19. These pics came out really well, great stuff
  20. Check out the dodgy shimming on the fx armour in Fanboys
  21. If you going to put elastic to keep the shins shut on the inside it will need to be black to blend in with the undersuit, white will stick out like a sore thumb. I dont have min set up like this but it would work perfectly
