Troop 18 Star Wars Day Joliet Public Library (Hosted by the Mid West Garrison) This was the biggest troop I've done outside of Celebration. Waiting on some pictures we took of the TKs. We had 10 total. I wish I had remembered to grab the banner. LOL

Troop 17 We were invited to greet patrons for the Richmond Symphony Empire Strikes Back in Concert. If you haven't see it, it is pretty cool. The Symphony plays John Williams score live while the movie is showing. It is very cool.

Troop 16 We trooped at the North Chesterfield Library in Support of the Chesterfield PAL for Star Wars Day at the Library.

Alright all, I'm looking to retire my old ATA kit and replace it with a Triple D (AM) kit built to EIB standards. The plan is to take my current ATA kit and cut it down to make it fit my wife, so I'm just waiting on Dave to get the plastic in so I can order and get started. I'm starting the tread now so I can solicit tips tricks and ideas so I'm ready to start once BBB day is here.

Yeah, I just found Shawn's build post and it looks like it died a horrible death in June. :-( that is pretty disappointing.

So can we not do the Cardinal CRL based on the black series figure as the model? I mean, it is from Hasbro and licensed by Disney, is it not?

I hear ya. I'm a Network Engineer and had no clue what I was doing, but I got with my local Garrison members and they helped me figure it out. It was a lot of fun learning how to build the kit myself, and it also gave me the skills to repair it if something breaks. I don't think the Black Series helmets are approvalable with out some work, but I'll leave that to some of the crew with more experience with FO TKs, I highly suggest meeting with some local folks and seeing if they can help you build. Troop 12 We supported Timothy Zahn at Gateway Comics and Toys in Fredricksburg, VA. He is an amazing individual, and I presented him with an FISD 15th Anniversary Coin.

Troop 11 Took a break from doing the FISD 15th Anniversary Coin Run to go Troop with some friends from Inferno Squad up in Fredericksburg for the Toy and Comic Show. I had a great time trooping with some folks that I haven't had an opportunity to troop with in a while.
