  1. I think you may be on to something. Very fun!
  2. Thank you Paul and happy Thanksgiving to you and your family too!
  3. Here you go Ron: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31436-fs-ukswraths-hovi-mic-tips-with-speakers-crl-accurate-tips/ This is the one I have in my bucket. Enjoy!
  4. Hello Chris. I had one and when compared to my Anovos bucket, it looked pretty close. I think it has the wrong amount of teeth. There may be some other things that need modification. Maybe post a few pictures of it here so some of the experts can opine. They are pretty nice in a display case though.
  5. Wow! That's awesome!
  6. Does IMGUR have as many pop ups? Thinking I need an alternative too.
  7. Just the way it is, I've found.
  8. Wow, this is totally fascinating to me. Looking forward to seeing how it progresses. Good luck!
  9. Thinking more about this, do any of you veterans have any suggestions for what type of events are a good starting point for trooping? I signed up for a Star Wars day at the local library as I figured a library would be a pretty controlled environment, but would love to hear from the experienced troopers on what events are "newbie friendly."
  10. Thank you Joseph! I'm recently approved as well and was searching for some of these tips before my first troop! Thank you again!
  11. Haha! Love it!
  12. I'll hot glue the mic down if it works well for the Halloween festivities this weekend!
  13. Here is my set up. The battery for the fan and the rechargeable battery are velcroed in. The icomm just sits there for now. Works great.
  14. This is awesome. Thank you so much. Photobucket is completely unusable for me because of all the pop ups. This is much better!
  15. Great work Drew. A few tweaks as noted above, but overall you did a great job!
  16. Very good idea with the fleece and the padding. Going to have to do that!
  17. Check out this thread. I bought the same box in hopes of one day emulating his awesomeness! 18. Really great idea and a well done tutorial. Thanks for sharing!
  19. TK-42125 requesting 501st access. http://www.501st.com/members/displaymemberdetails.php?userID=22658 Thank you!
  20. That's pretty cool. Thanks for sharing!
  21. E6000 it is. Thanks for all the input!
  22. Hello all! I'm a relative newby here and have my kit put together but have had a few parts where the glue has started to fail slightly (front of the shin, where it needs to be somewhat flexible), perhaps I didn't sand enough before adhering them together. I've seen threads on here were people suggest E6000 and I've seen threads that call from cyanoacrylate (like Zap-A-Gap or super glue). Maybe they are essentially the same thing, but I thought I would ask the experts before I try a repair that doesn't take. Please let me know what your preference is for this. Thanks!
