Thanks all, I guess I'm not going for screen accurate either I like the mesh look, and in all honest for my ESB build I've seen the movies a million times and I've looked at all the reference pictures for my particular build on this site, In too many occurrences it's too dark to really make our if there is something behind the frown, but hey what do I know I'm not even 501st approved yet... All I care about is getting to Centurion and having a cool bucket that I can be proud to take off and show some little kid the inside and not be embarrassed lol.

This is what I'm doing Christoph, I bought new handguards and correct ESB decals, am painting the helmet to ESB spec and have looped my holster on the right side ------------------ These are AM 2.0 hanguards cut to my hands proportion I obviously am going to have to round it out a bit more though

I'm going to skip this as well, what I'm going to do is just pretty much cover the inside with industrial velcro and use black eva and craft foam around my eventual electronics and use it for my padding... I have tons of it and I can cut and shape it to look like anything.

For ESB is the chin gloss and frown satin black?

They do size for US and our sizing is the same but those IB's run small from what I've heard

Considering IB is based out of China their sizing is totally different, I'm not surprised by this

I also bought the right Black Coal Satin Humbrol paint for the frown on Saturday

I bought this stuff... The good stuff industrial strength

I'm going to heat form the lenses a bit and velcro those in too

I'm going to do this with all of the other foam I use good call

The mesh was mounted using some superglue and 2 sided mounting foam tape

Mesh in, lenses cut, I also inserted a eva foam head guard

I have a ton of black EVA foam that I may just stick in there make it look more bulky, it'll be a good surface for velcro and may be a good stage for the mesh and lenses

I was on your build thread and did see this JJ, I can't seem to find the stuff in Canada. I did buy superglue though Rob

I bought all three Novus polishes to take care of dem scratches.
