    Be sure to check out the other build's on the DLT19 thread. Haui, DSP and ASH's were what I was inspired by I can't wait to try this out for myself. but I'd love to see anyone's progress. Astanax (Bill) also has a great poorboy build check that out too! Happy Building Lads and Lasses!

    ESB Handguards (need to be trimmed and a bit of heat forming.) ! But arrived timely and in perfect condition. Thanks Clonecollector! I loved the sharpie and cards too!

    Mic Tip progress First Shipped^ Hovi Mic Tip markingss Used Drmel to cut holes Referenced Keith, Sskunky and Vaj for insert. Used screw caps from home depot and hot glue to mold the classic innard sharpe. Painted inside with acrylic white paint and inseted screens after forming them on a hi lighter. Voila

    Nicely done Everett, I was looking for a solution to the handgurad issue too I'm going to be doing the same thing. around an inch and heat forming it so it looks more contoured to my hand like TM's guards. I'll be following this thread as I'm trying to do convert an AP to ESB

    I have seen this topic before here but the account with all pictures is down. I need help on correctly trimming AM esb handguards in order that may achieve phase 2 and 3 status. Any help or resources are welcome.

    Neck seal and handguards arrived neck seals nice might need some more velcro in back but hand guards are am surplus and are huge. Any advice on trimming them?

    I work in design and I thought I'd take a crack at scaling the DLT-19 and its parts. I took I high res blueprint and scaled it up to the right dimensions. All you need to do it print it out the pdf on the poster setting on the paper of your choice. Tape the right parts together and voila.
