  1. I just went and bought a new bucket from Mark. I will take those ears still and make a 501st approved HWT. the warping is bad but not awful.
  2. I may just leave it like Dan said. The helmet can have some battle damage the new ears will cover it. Seriously though they are kaput I could play with them a bit with hot water see if that does anything but at this point I'll just wait for Pyrates' ears.
  3. Perfect thanks Dan. Man you should see the size of these bottles I got a three pack of 8oz bottles. 1-3
  4. Now there has got to be a way to to pop that bit of warping from the buck itself... Maybe a warm water bath?
  5. I could kiss you right now, I friggin love you guys lol.
  6. OMG Aaron you are my lord and saviour I will pay the shipping no problemo. are the untrimmed?

  15. I saved this entire thread as a pdf and am using it religiously in my build! and I think I might start on my boots tonight
  16. Does anyone have a tutorial or thread that explains which way and how to install the S-trim on an AP helmet?
  17. no no the frown mesh is velcro'ed in that's why the mesh has a gap bud.
  18. These were actually pretty easy Christina. basically you place your fist in the corresponding guard trace your fist's outling on the inside. Give your self about a 1/4 inch leeway around your traced line. Score that 1/4 line around your fist outline and viola. I dremelled very lightly the outside edges until they looked right and fit my had perfectly.
  19. One thing I do like is that I modified slightly the holes in the helmet to allow for the brow to hang lower I like the "low-brow" look lol
  20. I know its because of the stupid velcro...
  21. You are one lucky man Steve, Cheers and great work!
  22. This ear gap is driving me insane but at this juncture I need to live with it... Oh and my nice trimmed and sand clams lol
  23. Mic Tips in, brow on, ears assembled
  24. Both lenses installed
  25. Eye sockets need sanding to be more round... now You guys can really see that battle scar up the face... Thank god I bought that Novus
